Good location and air conditioner working!and elevator was working! We came with the stroller,so it was important.

Convenient location of the apartment, not noisy, which allows you to relax. The apartments were the same as in the photo 100% It was cozy and comfortable, maybe I'll be back

The decor of the house.
It wasn’t the coffe in the house. We stayed only one night and we couldn’t have our coffee as soon we wake up.

Nice decor even seem not finished. Kitchen full equipped.
They have general pictures for apartments and you may have one that you don't like. From one of the balconies we could see plenty of huge rats (more than 5) especially on night time. We also saw a guy doing hard drugs (heroin) one night. I didn't bother me too much but I would never bring my family to this area. Inside the apartment we found the floor quiet dirty and full of women's hair but you have brush so not a big issue.
