Very helpful host. AC was installed when we complained about it a month in advance. Very close to Sarzana with the groceries and market. Very close to the sea. Nice beds. Spacious dining room with kitchen area. Several picturesque roads to drive to the location.

Would be helpful to have washing machine and dishwashing machine. But that's minor. The place is strongly recommended!!!

Clean and spacious apartment, very cosy and stylish. Host was very responsive.

Traveling as a family of four (with two children, aged 3 and 1), the apartment was perfect. There were ample facilities for everything we needed, including a small bathtub which was perfect for us. The outdoor patio area was clean and comfortable. San Terenzo beach is around 20 minutes away, and Forte dei Marmi was also easy to reach. Overall the place was great - spacious and quiet, and in a lovely setting. This is one of the better places we’ve stayed at in the area, and would definitely return.
