Could sit in front of the open windows and enjoy that magnificent view for hours!

Amazing view of Portofino and location. Efficient se of a compact area and paneling was beautiful.

Picking up keys at an office after arriving by train was a challenge. So 2 cab rides to get to our apartment and difficult to find in the building since not numbered. No instructions on AC or hot water heater required multiple texts upon arrival. Loft bedroom had ceiling that was maybe 5 1/2 feet so my husband had to bend over while walking and dress downstairs. Not a deal breaker for a future stay but need to be aware. And a curtain for both bedrooms would be appreciated.

Lovely little apartment in the heart of Portofino

This apartment is fantastically located in the heart of Portofino, with beautiful views of the harbour. The facilities are good - it was really helpful to have a laundry machine, and clothes rack. The kitchen is a little underequipped but there is not much opportunity to cook in Portofino anyway unless you bring in your own fresh food. The apartment was clean, and well laid out, and the bed really good. Air conditioning worked well - essential in July ! Helpful real estate managers run it, and we had a great 3 day stay.

The kitchen needs better equipment - proper mugs, double power point, a sponge and tea towel etc.

Great location and view, but little comfort and amenities.

The bed was too hard and there was limited hot water for a shower. I communicated the problem but it was neither resolved during our stay nor were we offered any compensation for the inconvenience

Exceptional

The location is extremely convenient - minutes away from everything in Portofino. The morning and evening views were fascinating. We spent enormous amount of time on the window just enjoying the views. The flat is at the center of everything! The hosts were extremely helpful to us, yet we enjoyed complete freedom during our stay. The flat is designed amazingly well, the feel of it was undoubtfully convenient for a group of people.

Amazing view of Portofino

Apartment was exactly as pictured, so no unpleasant surprises. Great views of the port, wonderful location, very happy to have AC as it was hot & humid, spacious studio apartment for a family of 4. I was afraid that it might get loud at night, but it was fine. Bianca, who hosted us, was lovely and gave us awesome recommendations as to where to dine. We really had a great time.

The sheets should probably be upgraded to 100% cotton. The blend of polyester and cotton was not great. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Lousy place, well located, but way too expensive for its conditions and the poor service offered.

Location ok, but with rather difficult access (very steep, narrow staircase, not mentioned in presentation material). Apartment in poor conditions, many details broken. No breakfast available.

The apartment is badly organised and has a lousy set up (one must go across the bedroom area to access both bathroom, acceptable, and kitchen, not acceptable). All kinds of things are either falling apart (door handles) or outright broken. Instructions to leave keys in a little box outside the door could not be followed, because the little box's lock malfunction. No contact available on site, to report this, but a message of complaint was received later on, lamenting the fact that keys had been left on the table (shortly before the cleaning crew was supposed to arrive).

Best location- helpful owner

The location is absolutely fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Clean towels and linen. WiFi worked perfectly. The kitchen is well equipped. I’d definitely stay here again.

Look, don’t want to be too picky - but there’s no aircon and it’s a hot September. There’s a bit of a “drain” smell in the bathroom which has a very outdated brown suite, and a shower that’s tiny (good water pressure though) The cleaner let herself in 90 minutes before departure time and must have freaked out at seeing my partner in the shower (front door is next to bathroom)... or not... ? when departure time is 11am - I’m pretty sure most people will be semi-dressed at 9:45am. This didn’t ruin the holiday at all- she should probably have left a tip 😜

Best view, apartment a bit old

The apartment is perfectly located and provides you with the very best view.

Unfortunately, the bathroom and also the bed are not in the best shape.
