very attentive staff. Helpful with our upcoming bookings in the hotel for 2 more nights. Rubin st the front desk reserved same room for us. Very good breakfast.

الغرفة ضيقة بالنسبة لعدد نجوم الفندق، بعض الموظفين يحتاجون لدورة في الاتصال ، ازعاج في الليل ، مكان الشاور والمغسلة ضيق، لا يصلح للعائلة المحافظة، يوجد واقي ذكري على الطاولة بجانب السرير، قريب من جواهر مول ، المدخل فيه بار كحول كبير ، اللوبي ضيق،
مددت الاقامة وكنت تعبانة في الليل قلت لهم غدا ادفع تفاجأت بالموظف يصرخ من خلف الباب ويدق بقوة ( ماني ماني ) لقد أخافني ، سكنت بفنادق 5 نجوم و4 نجوم لم أتوقع هكذا رداءة في التعامل بالاضافة الى ان الغرفة المقابلة لغرفتي شعرت ان بابها يفتح كثيرا مع احاديث كثيرة، اشتكيت دون فائدة .

Wir sind das zweite Mal im Hotel The Marmara Şişli wir sind sehr zufrieden. Frühstück ist super lecker die Zimmer waren sauber. Perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Alles in der Nähe Restaurant, Café, Einkaufszentrum und die U-Bahn ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Frau Ayse vom Housekeeping leistet tolle Arbeit und auch die Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Marmara is my first choice for my business trips to Istanbul. Location is super convenient, at few minutes walking from the ceramic tiles shops in the area. The staff is very friendly and facilities are comfortable. Special thanks to Hayri who made me discover the InDrive app for taxi booking.

the hotel is good and nearby the mall and every thing is near to you ( mall, metro, bus, restaurants, shopping)
the hotel reception they took from me 100$ cash deposit while check in and when I make checkout they didn’t return it back to me although I didn’t use anything from their facilities and they say we didn’t received any money from you so I was upset.

Super convenient location, the room was super clean and stylish, and the view was breathtaking :)
My great appreciation to the friendly and accommodative staff who upgraded my room, moved the check-out time and quickly arranged breakfast.

They have valet parking service for free no narrow street in your way in or out. the breakfast fast is very good and close the the Mall.
the room is small and the were construction going on from 10 till 5 when we stayed there. The lobby kind small you can’t get some privacy.
