Good

Location to the Butamyata Beach, friendly staff (with few exceptions), the boys and girls from the kids club - very friendly and engaging.

Food quality and variety, cleanliness and hygiene everywhere (there were forgotten items in our room from previous guests, the shower was broken, the drawers were never cleaned), the whole place needs renovation (the smell of mold is very strong)

Great family holiday

Very nice hotel, placed in a wonderful area. From Sinemorets you can explore Veleka beach, a unique combination of sea, beach and river. The staff was good and the food was great, with a lot of options.

That was my second stay at this property. This time the food was terrible compared to the last. The animation team was not so good either.

My stay was nice, relaxing trip by the beach

The location was excellent, easy access to beach. The pool was nice and big. The room had a very nice balcony.

The food wasn’t that good. The pool closed to early.

The room was quite spacious with a huge terrace with a view. The pool is ok. Great location very near the beach.

.The food was not the best quality I would say. On weekends it gets a bit overcrowded. I don't think that the hotel is 4starts to be honest but it is a decent stay for the price you pay.

Great short holiday. Nice place with great anvironment, nice staff and facilities - tennis court, ping pong, animation program, pools,.. good food,.. We can reccommend ;)

public transport out of season - from Burgas only 2 direct buses to Sinemorets and no possiblity of hotel transport

The best all inclusive hotel in every way .

So much choiceEverything was superb. All inclusive menu was outstanding, Lots of choices on menu Spacious areas to sit.

The room wasn’t clean.The housekeeper clean it every day , but i think she was very busy and the quality of the cleaning was very low.

I would not recommend it to friends

Good location, near to the beach. Good view. Size of the room is ok.

Poor service. Poor cleanliness in the room. Towels changed every 3 days is not allowed. The quality of the food served in the restaurant is not impressive. Closing the pool at the hotel at 6pm is extremely disapproving.

Wonderful animation staff.

Lots of annoying things like noisy fans in the bathroom, old sunbeds and umbrellas. You have to pay for the safe in the room. Wifi not working half of the time. The food could be little better.

Friendliest staff and non stop service, brilliant

Big variety of food and never ending, entertainment staff full of enthusiasm, the bar staff constantly serving and full of conversation and generally the best place we have stayed in 11 years of living in Bulgaria, very very impressed and had a fantastic time, Thankyou to all staff, you made our stay fantastic

Don't go in this hotel !!!

Only the situation!

-No hot water -The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful -food was awful - very old and dirty - air condition didn't work

Our stay in Sinemorets was enjoyable but it was not because of the hotel itself.

What I liked the most was the location. It was within walking distance to the beach. Another thing I was pleased with was the room because it was spaceous and with a view of the sea. Another impressive part of our stay was the animation team. Their performance and entertainment in the evenings were marvellous! Congratulations on their talent and enthusiasm! The food was good but not exceptional, however.

One of the things we were disappointed with was the cleanliness which at present, I believe must be a priority! The condition of the room itself was not as good as we had expected and I do not think it was good value for the money we had paid.
