La cocina y la lavanderia cerraban a las 7 pm y abrian a las 9 am. Tenian pocos estacionamientos para la cantidad de huespedes, no había asignación entonces si llegabas tarde no encontrabas, tarde tipo 5pm.

Not enough car parks and if late you may need to park by the street. Waterfront is merely a view and not accessible.

Bed comfortable. Location very good.

No electric blankets on the beds! In Tasmania an electric blanket is a must! Also, the heating in the rooms is just air-conditioning, so it took forever to get going when we had finally arrived after a very long day of travelling, and we were freezing! Not a good start. Dirty, wet towels, left in the corner of the bathroom floor, obviously still left over from the previous guests. The rest of the room was reasonably clean, so possibly the cleaner simply forgot to pick them up, as they left, we are all human, I understand that, but the defensive reaction, I received from the two gentlemen, manning the reception desk in the morning, when we checked out, put me right off! I asked for a discount and was told to email them! What for, I was standing right in front of them in their reception. Very disappointing customer service.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The room was ridiculously small. The small single bed on castors moved easily every time I turned over or sneezed. Although it had a Microwave, fridge, Toaster & a TV there was no ironing board or iron. The compressor on the fridge was very loud all night. No proper facilities to wash the single plate or single cup. The external building lights were right outside my window and stayed on all night.(Curtains not strong enough to block out the light). They kindly offered to upgrade my room for an additional &$30/ night but the budget had already been allocated and Booking.com said it was the only room available. The car park for the hotel was full and tight, resulting it some guests opening car doors against other cars. 😟

Liked the community kitchen all the facilities were available, close to city easy getting in and out. staff were friendly parking no problem

Great location great place It was close to town,very clean and comfy and the price was fantastic.We will definitely stay again 👍

Parking - the place was fully booked and there wasn’t enough parking so had to park on the street or a vacant steep grassed area next door!

value for money for solo traveller.
