The women working at the desk was wonderful and the location is great. Room was quite clean.

Was there for work and the Wifi never worked. most uncomfortable bed I've ever barely slept in (hard, lumpy mattress, itchy sheets). Couldn't open the window without the room smelling like cigarettes, everyone smoked by the door bellow our room.

The staff was so amazing and accommodating when I needed to adjust my check in and check out times. They accommodate late check-in‘s and are very good with communication. I was between another hotel and this one and ended up choosing this one because the front desk responded immediately. The hotel is right on the commercial street so you walk right out and there is a parking lot by availability only. You can walk to the source for free Evian water by exiting the back. I requested a room with a Lakeview and they were able to accommodate me. I am on a solo trip and felt really called to the water. There is a free simple breakfast in the morning, which I took advantage of one morning and the front desk did not mind when I showed up 15 minutes before closing breakfast. She was cheerful and welcoming. I would definitely stay again I will bring my partner with me next time. The room was quite spacious! And I appreciated the extra pillow. The elevator is a huge plus because my luggage is extremely heavy.

nothing but would like to note that the hallways are quite dark so you’ll have to manually flip the switches. in the end it is a simple two star hotel so there are some frills that are available but it is a very clean hotel that I love.

Great location in a quiet pedestrian street, easy walking distance from the train station. Near restaurants and all places to visit and the lake. Very kind staff.

We enjoyed the private parking for free! Beautiful garden, very well located. Room with view to the church and lake. Service very professional and friendly. Bakery, restaurants and bars near by.

Centre of Evian - tricky to find when on motorbikes - but parking at the back and staff very friendly and helpful

Room was quite small but I guess that’s how it is in all hotels near by.

The welcome was warm, and clearly the hotel is well managed by a lovely lady. The road in front of the hotel was blocked with a carnival which made our arrival somewhat chaotic but the cleanliness of our room more than made up for the minor inconvenience. The beds are so comfortable, and the bedding of excellent quality. The breakfast was superb with lots of hot chocolate!

The party on the street continued until 0130 and the road sweepers started at 0430 but both were beyond the control of the hotel. I think that 2* is mis-leading; there were aspects of our stay that i would rate as 4*. If I am to make a single observation where improvement could be made it would be the bath towels!

Great place for our one-night stay on our way to the French alps. Parking behind the hotel, easy check in and lots of restaurants just outside the front door. Good breakfast w 2 kinds of bread, cheese, ham, croissant, youghurt and müsli, hot chocolate, tea and coffee.

Location is great just in the center of town, Staff were helpful in whatever we asked for. The hotel offered us free parking even though in the site it says price is 1Euro for an hour in an external partking lot.
