Loved the Gastronomique restaurant! Excellent in all ways. Cannot speak highly enough of the service, comfort and food in the restaurant. The hotel rooms were adequate but cannot say much more. The view and location were beyond superb! I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay and a lovely meal at the restaurant. We stayed 3 nights and despite the beautiful location, we found the accommodation to be extremely uncomfortable. There was a tiny sitting area at the reception desk but this was basically unusable due to the through traffic of people coming and going and its use as an office.
The rooms were very small and not comfortable. The initial room we had reserved was nothing like we had booked. The view was of another building and a car with a tiny view of the sea to the side despite being advertised with a sea view. We asked to be moved and accepted a sea view room upstairs and had to pay for an upgrade. Unless you stood at the window you could not see the sea. The room was 13 sq metres as advertised, but this space was taken up with two sides of an attic, leaving a very tiny space to move around in the room. The photos of both the rooms in Booking.com were taken with a wide angle lens and were much larger in the photos than the room itself, as were the photos on their website.

The hotel is literally on the ocean - easy stroll to the water. Free parking, good internet. Amazing gourmet dinner for which you need to make a reservation.. Breakfast available (optional). Can tour their kitchen garden with remarkable herbs & vegetables. Hotel room was comfortable with good bed & availability to make hot beverage in morning. Staff were very helpful.
Even with GPS, it was tricky locating it. Seemed a bit pricey, but thought it was a good treat for us.

On a windy rise above a beach and the sea, the setting is dramatic and inspiring. The hotelier and staff are passionately devoted to the preservation and celebration of the local environment and cuisine, the latter is enhanced with a distinctive and creative style of cooking. This is a one of a kind place, with a very friendly crew. A one of a kind place. If it is windy, and/or rainy, be prepared to confront the elements. The detached quadroplex rooms are spacious, but you will have to navigate a short gravel path to the main building.
The rainwater shower was lovely, but with absolutely no curtain, you will be getting 2/3 of the bathroom wet.

The restaurant, staff and food, were exceptional. The location is wonderful, fabulous views and virtually on the beach.

Spotless. Lovely white dressing gowns. Dining area and views stunning. Owner was very helpful. Very flexible on late arrival time.
Furnishings were somewhat incongruous. Some very cheap bedroom furnishings distracted from the otherwise attractive furnishings. Stuffing in pillows was disintegrating. A kettle would've been appreciated, particularly as it was difficult one evening to get a coffee.
For a boutique hotel, some areas were very tired, eg reception. A comfortable lounge would've been nice. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer.

Sea View.
Since our stay we e-mailed this hotel expressing complaints about lack of cleanliness, lack of hot water, unwelcoming staff and being unable to book a table in their restaurant for an important celebration. Their response totally ignored the first three very important points and concentrated on the non availability of the restaurant and the method of booking. i.e. using Booking.com. It was only after making a non-refundable booking that we were told when telephoning to reserve a table that the restaurant was full. This establishment is very remote making it very difficult to find any decent restaurants nearby.

Very nice little Hotel almost at the sea and far away from town. Very friendly staff and the owner is enthusiastic, passioned and helpful with everything. Detailed cooking with nice tastes, very good wine list (including all explanations from the staff). Professionel and good service. Was a pleasure to stay!
Room and bathroom quite small

The place is rightly called the 'relais du silence' gives you a beautiful experience immerged in the nature. At proximity you can have many seaside walks, very pleasant and recharging.
Except a poor wifi, everything was outstanding : the place, the location and the kindness / friendliness of Floriane and Philippe! and the chef has a great talent to make simple food magic to the mouth! We will definitively come back as soon as we possibly can.
the wifi weakness is the only black dot but a great occasion to totally disconnect. Use a rooter or hotspot with your mobile in case you really need to work :P

Near to the beach.
Large comfortable bed.
Clean room.
Accommodation in need of refurbishment. Stained bedside lamps. Very small bedroom (No 18). In the bathroom window hard to open and surrounded by chipped and peeling paint. Shower was just an attachment over bath. Toilet in cramped position with ill fitting seat. Poor value for money. In restaurant wine was overpriced and a large dog was allowed to lay between tables.

It’s a gorgeous location, the hotel is small and cute.
We were travelling with a baby, and did not want to drive for dinner. So we booked a place in the restaurant. But although it was a hot wind still night, the restaurant management would not allow us to sit outside (also strange considering these Covid times). We ended up each eating alone while the other walked the baby outside.
