I would definitely come back again great price for a room and best part was it was gated

Location is pretty close to shopping centers

A short sentence?.. hmm okay… Please skip this property!

the convenience of the location was helpful.

1. the front desk worker, Michael; slow, seemingly incompetent, and unable to work efficiently. I provided my (valid) drivers license and booking confirmation and pin showing I paid immediately upon greeting. He kept asking for my “info” (name, address) and asked me to pay again! Then told me about a “$100 deposit” - which the Booking app didn’t mention AT ALL! He made a copy of my debit card; which was uncomfortable to me!! That’s how people can steal! then told me about the times breakfast was served, but didn’t mention that a guest has to pay $5 to eat. terrible communication, unprofessional demeanor, unable to comprehend simple sentences and unable to work efficiently.

Property was kind of run down, elevators were slow and smelled like diesel and people were loitering around late when we got back from the concert. Pillows were flat and beds were lumpy. No ice to be had at all.

This place is the worst I ever been to. Small curtain, all day light coming in very very early, no air drier, air extractor at bathroom broken, super dirty under the beds, old bedsheets, worst pillows. People smoking in baranda and all smoke coming in, don’t waste your time and money.

Nightmare hotel.

There was NOTHING to like a about this place.

I was giving a dirty room, there were items left from the previous people that stayed there before. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. I told the receptionist about it and all she told me was "sorry" but not even made an effort to make up for that. Very, very, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Good for what it was

It was close to everything we were needing for the weekend.

I didn’t like the “cot” like beds. I didn’t like that the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. No toilet paper on roll, and tub had hair and a bug in it. I didn’t like the long speech on the deposit. After a while it felt like I was being accused of having a pet or being a smoker which neither of those applied. I booked letting them know there would be 3 people in room and room only had 2 sets of towels and it was like pulling teeth to get a 3rd. Then the next day when someone came by to get dirty towels. They still gave only 1 set.
