La habitación era confortable y podías descansar perfectamente. La ubicación muy tranquila, aunque no esta muy céntrico, en coche o taxi te puedes manejar muy bien. Ya hemos estado en otras ocasiones y nos gustó. El desayuno muy bien presentado y variado.

Pues por poner un pero aunque el aparcamiento del hotel esta bien, la entrada y salida muy justita. También tienen aparcamiento a la aire libre y vigilado, pero mejor en el interior

Lo que más resaltó del hotel es el desayuno y la comodidad de la habitación.

En principio, resaltar que el hotel menciona que tiene piscina disponible (tanto en su página web como en booking). Ofrecen un servicio con el que no cuentan (publicidad engañosa) Muy mal manejo con los huéspedes y mala comunicación entre empleados. El sábado por la tarde, con más de 30 grados de calor, decido ingresar a la piscina, que se encontraba abierta y en uso por alguien más. Mientras tanto, mi madre estaba sentada en la mesa de afuera. Se acercaron tres personas, de manera muy arremetedora y agresiva para conmigo y mi madre, diciendo que no podía estar ahí... que hace mas de 10 días que no la limpiaban y que estaba fuera de temporada. Al explicarle que se encontraba abierta y que figuraba que estaba disponible, se retractaron e inclusive dijeron que era su error que no figure ningún cartel ni aclararlo en la página... y dijeron que si queríamos nos quedáramos un rato... Sin embargo, a los 5 minutos vino otra persona a cerrar la puerta que da ingreso.. Al consultarle porque lo hacían nos respondieron de manera muy agresiva "ya les dijeron que no podemos estar", lo que denota un error de comunicación entre el equipo. Al consultar con quien podríamos hablar para comentar lo mal que nos hicieron sentir, nos dicen que hablemos con el director, pero que no se encontraba en ese momento. Cinco minutos después se acerca la responsable preguntando porque queríamos hablar con el director (como mencionamos, ella estaba cuando nos dijeron que nos vayamos, pero que después nos quedemos...) Ella, al principio muy amable, nos dice que "nos va a explicar como funciona una empresa" (una subestimación absoluta) adjudicando que no estaba el director y que ella era la responsable. Y acto seguido, nos dice que si queremos nos vuelve a abrir la piscina o nos puede ofrecer algo para solucionarlo, sin brindarnos solución más que una copa de champagne o clases de pilates del gimnasio de al lado...

There was a strong smell in the room which we later discovered was caused by mold on the carpet near bathroom door and on the lower part of the door frame. There were signs of attempt to mask it so it would be hard to believe that the issue is not known.

The stuff were extremely rude! We had dinner at the restaurant and the fish was raw and I have ulcer problems the kids meals were frozen and the missus meal the bread on the burguer was rock hard! After speaking with the stuff they were trying to divert things and I rejected to eat anything at the restaurant as it was extremely not healthy. The following tlday they tried to charged me for the entire restaurant bill after all the issues highlighted to the staff the previous day. I obviously refused to pay and explained and also left a letter with the staff on the night. I am extremely disappointed and also on the booking.com it states that the private parking it's free but they charged me 15€ for one night. Whatever you do please make sure that this people treat their costumers with respect and improve their services and costumer care skills. The room was bad not enough towels and the list goes on........

Service and honesty of staff

Comfortable room, well equipped. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice terrasse with a swimming pool. Well located, close to a big park (good for dogs)

Large room Comfortable bed Great choice at breakfast Friendly staff Underground garage with 2.4m height. Was a bit tight entering the car park but was manageable with a transit van!

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Reported to reception who arranged for immediate additional cleaning. No shower seat provided in accessible room and bathroom (wet room) floor was very uneven. Spoke to reception at check out who explained that we should have requested a chair as not all guests want them. Will be relaying the floor after the summer season.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, the swimming pool and the garden is very pleasant.

The dinner menu wasn't great :( and what's more, no food for kids :(

Easy to find and great for 1 night stop over after getting off the ferry. There was plenty of parking and check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good.

Nothing bad

The only thing which I liked about the property is that they had a private underground car park, nothing else!

We took the Suite which apparently was one of the best rooms in the hotel. I can’t describe the frustration I had with this hotel. The room stinks of cigarettes, the toilet had pee from previous guest or someone who entered the room before us. The air conditioning which is a BASIC thing in a hotel DIDN’T WORK! it was 25 degrees and the a/c didn’t work. we called the reception and according to the receptionist there was nothing she could do about it and it normally takes long to work but sometimes it doesn’t work. I asked her if she could move us to a different room she said she would find out and call me back, I called the reception 1 hour after and she said she was still trying to find a solution. THE EASIEST SOLUTION WAS JUST TO CHANGE OUR ROOM TO A ROOM THAT THE A/C WORKS. After realising they wouldn’t change our room we decided to open the window to sleep. The amount of flies that bit me and my wife the whole night is indescribable. After a 14 hours drive I had to go through all of this with this terrible hotel, I can’t believe booking.com has this place listed as a 4 stars hotel & highly recommended. If you pay me to stay there again I wouldn’t, that’s how bad my experience was in this place.

The location. The staff did their best.

The rooms smelt of smoke. There was no milk for the coffee in your room. The fridge didn’t cool the drinks and the window was broken! The hot breakfast wasn’t hot. There were no sauces for the hot breakfast. The pool was dirty.

We have used this hotel many times as a one night stop on our way to Algarve and on our return. Garage parking is great with lift access directly to the room floor. Breakfast and evening meal are both very acceptable. Room upgrade this time which gave us a lounge and larger bathroom.
