Located in Fernandina Beach, this charming house for $654 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Entertainment Central with Pool, Ping Pong, Foosball, and Pool Toys!. This beautifully furnished home is the perfect vacation spot! The upper level is comprised of a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Downstairs is a den, laundry room, and an additional bathroom. This pet friendly, spacious home loaded with amenities has Wifi, washer/dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. Linens and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. There is a wonderful deck at the back of the house on the upper level, overlooking a beautifully landscaped fenced backyard with a lovely pool. This is just the spot to cool off after a day on the beach! The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is just outside the garage, perfect for getting all the sand off before hitting the pool! Lounge around the pool or move to the shaded deck upstairs and enjoy the covered dining area. Be sure to turn the lights on around the pool at night and enjoy the beauty of this property! There are child protective gates on both levels of the house, so young children will not be able to access the pool area without an adult opening the gate. Jumping and diving in the pool are not permitted, and there should always be adult supervision when there are children in the pool. The pool is heated between October 30th and April 30th each year. When the kids get tired of swimming in the pool, they can move to the garage/game area and enjoy a game of ping pong or foosball. You can open the garage door and then lower a screened door to allow for ventilation. And just in case the kids work up a thirst, there is a small refrigerator there also. This is handy for the pool area too, so you don't have to go back to the house for cold drinks. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you will need to prepare meals for your group. It has a breakfast bar with additional seating just in case there is not enough room for everyone around the dining table. The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, and TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. The third bedroom is ideal for kids with a bunk bed, a twin on top and full below, and an additional twin bed that pulls out. The kids will love it! And they also have their own TV! The second bathroom is on this level and has a tub/shower combo. The den downstairs is comfy and cozy with an electric fireplace, 65 inch TV, and plenty of games for the kids! Also, there is a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower which is very convenient when using the pool. The garage/game area also has pool toys, chairs for the beach and even a buggy to transport them over. It literally takes about three minutes to walk from the house to the closest beach access - it is really no distance at all. So fun staying at Amelia’s Breeze. We loved the game room not to mention the easy quick access to wherever we went. The beach access really is a 2 minute walk. So easy and quick to get to Ft. Clinch and the downtown with all the cute shops and great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This house had everything we needed and more: comfortable beds and furniture, heated pool, great deck, game room, etc. Very close to the beach. Also close to restaurants and shopping.

This was a perfect location for our daughters wedding. We were close to other family staying as well in the area and not far from her venue in Yulee. The beach was very close and beautiful and a wonderful area to run in the morning before our daily activities that were very busy. The house was a very relaxing place to end our day as well. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

We had a great time. The house was perfect and close to the beach which was great for those morning walks with my 2 Yorkies. Great fenced in yard for my dogs. Family loved having access to a private pool. Definitely plan on returning for a longer stay!

Our family had such a wonderful vacation! The house far exceeded our expectations! The house was spacious and clean and well supplied with everything we needed. The game room in the garage was a nice bonus! Having a private pool made our time there even better! The fenced in yard allowed us to travel with our dogs and they got to experience the beach for the first time. Would definitely recommend this fantastic home to anyone visiting Amelia Island! I hope we can visit again soon!

This vacation house was perfect for my family. My husband, two young kids and my parents went for the week. All of the beds were VERY comfortable and the house had everything we needed and more. The garage turned game room kept my boys entertained for hours. We had every intention of going to the beach, but remained by the pool most of the time because there were tables, umbrellas and a lovely breeze. I highly recommend a stay at this house if you're looking for a relaxing stay at a well appointed house.

Our group of 7 loved this home. Perfect location to the beach and downtown Fernandina. The home is even better than it looks online with plenty of dishes, silverware, and extra towels and sheets. We all loved the game room, separate living spaces, and plenty of yard, pool, and back deck to enjoy with our 2 dogs as well. The owners are very responsive and quick to fix any issue. We would absolutely love to return and stay again soon!

We loved it. The home was well appointed with everything we needed. Everything worked as it was supposed to and most importantly - it was clean. The location to the beach is great and the pool at the house is beautiful. Lots to do in town - much nicer shopping than St. Augustin in our opinion. We will go back when we can stay longer.

We had an amazing family getaway at this house with 3 teenagers and 1 almost teenager. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and fit what we needed. The kids loved the activities in the garage. The pool was perfect for those that didn’t want to spend every day at the beach. And the beach is a very short walk away. We will be back.

Great location, but the furniture and home itself were in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Numerous pieces of furniture were deeply soiled, rugs were dirty, and outside furniture was rusty and starting to break. Pillows on seats were so dirty I chose to wash them myself. The blinds in the bedrooms were broken and couldn't be closed. It wasn't terrible, but I would have preferred a cleaner, more thoughtful experience.

We absolutely LOVED this house. It was perfect for our family. The short walk to the beach and the pool were two of our favorite things. The games and indoor space were appreciated on the rainy days! We all left saying that we hope to return again!
