The staff of this hotel was just the sweetest. They really move mountains to make you satisfied with everything possible. The location just a 4 minute walk to two spectacular beaches is also a highlight. The two slides and lots of activities makes everything extra fun for the kids!
The good outweighs greatly any small improvable detail. Having said that, I would make the slides opening times longer. Their closure at 6 pm makes it sad if you go to the beach and come back to find them closed

This is the second time we are staying at this hotel, with the half board option. The food is great with many different options to choose from every evening. This is good for the fussy eaters. The animation team is great and they keep the children busy and entertained all day, with a mini disco and shows in the evening. The swimming pool is big enough so it never feels crowded and the slides were a big hit with my little one. Only a short walk away from 3 nice beaches. If you are looking for a calm and peaceful stay, this is not the hotel for you, unfortunately the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbours’ conversations without even trying. And because people are on holiday, there is no consideration of the noises made in the corridor at any time… not the hotels fault though. Overall a very good value and perfect place for the little ones.

We liked the slides to the pools, which are very rare at Mallorca. In fact the slides were the reason why I booked this hotel.
The food was quite ok. Poor fruit.
One woman working at the restaurant very nice...
Generally ok.
The lifeguard and the pool- some young girl didnt do her job and was writing text messages and didn't pay attention to what was happening. As a result kids were running into each other in the slides.
Also the air conditioning was horrible - far too strong, far too cold both in the restaurant and in the rooms.
I once wanted to take some little buns for our child because he almost didnt eat anything for breakfast and the lady from the bar suddenly appeared from there and said I couldnt do it. I felt observed and controlled in a bad - catching way. It was little buns and we paid for the breakfast! not a plate full of food.
Generally the staff was unhelpful - when we got there the bathroom was dirty - there were black, long hairs in our bathroom and I asked the person at reception to send someone to clean it. And she asked if I wanted it "now"? In the end it wasnt done at all...

There is nothing particularly bad or particularly good about this place.
It has a good access to the beaches, however they are often crowded and Cala Gran has a sewer outlet running directly in the sea at the beach.
It is a little far from the airport, and the road is curvy.
The taxi costs about 80eur.
There is an animation every night, however the program for the kids is mostly the same one every night.
There is a children playground but it is old and the toys are a little rusty.
The apartments are spacious enough with a large balcony but they are outdated and in urgent need of refreshing. You could also hear noise from other rooms.
There are not that many people in the hotel but most of them are at the pool so the sunbeds are often taken if you dont come early.
The breakfast is mostly the same but with some choice.
For dinner you have to buy drinks at the bar.
The staff is ok, but they dont try too hard.
THERE ARE A LOT OF THINGS THAT COULD BE IMPROVED IN THIS PLACE.

cleaner does a good job, location not too bad, swimming pool is nice, staff were very friendly.
high chair need to pay extra, water hot and cold and water pressure really low, food was not very nice, bathroom floor super slipping had to get a mat, knifes for cooking can't really cut, need sharpen.

The rooms are spacious and the apartment very clean. The hotel is very well looked after with attentive and kind staff. Great location near the beach and town centre. Breakfast was superb with a large choice of food and drinks in a buffet style.
The walls of the apartment are very thin so you can hear all the noise next door.

Amazing sea view from last floor. Amusement for kids, very good for families with small kids under 12 years. A lot of space for parking. Light room.
One day room was skipped for cleaning. Sun roof would be amazing as it is last floor and bright sun shines till 14h.

Location is ok with only a short walk to nearby beach or shops. Breakfast good and although buffet style had a chef to cook to order also. Good COVID measures.
