This hotel is a gem. Great location and high standard of accommodation.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was recently renovated to very high standard. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was lovely .

Worse stay ever , told us after 2 drinks that we could not have anymore not even water have videos for proof

A fantastic place to stay

From the comfortable surroundings of the executive suite we had an amazing time, roomy bathroom and a giant kings size bed. The hotel staff are so kind and thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The owner Mr Dick Boyle can be found among his guests ensuring they are having a pleasant stay and I've seen him helping out and carrying guests luggage if they need a hand. The food in the restaurant and the bar area is of an excellent quality and cooked to perfection. There is also a lunch restaurant that serves the most amazing food, their homemade brown bread is superb and I was lucky enough to be able to purchase a loaf of it to take home.

I didn't like the fact that I only booked two nights, I had such a great time that I would have loved to stay for the week.

Bedrooms were comfortable, modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The carpets in the foyer and circulation spaces are in need of a deep clean.

Loved the room's big window and the window box overflowing with flowers. The location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I hope to return

I suppose the food in the restaurant could be a little better but it was good enough.

The best hotel in the west.. it's the grand hotel tralee

Friendly staff and lovely food and drinks .. That's our 2nd year now going there and we will be back again.. brilliant rooms ... we stayed 3 nights and it flew in ..

All good here... no problems ..

Lovely hotel, good location, great restaurant!

Great restaurant and bar/cafe attached to the hotel, perfect location, staff were helpful and friendly.

Car parking wasn't available on site, but they did provide a permit for a car park about a 2-minute walk away

Pleasant, but I wouldn’t choose this location again.

Room was modern. Bathroom was updated and had an easily accessible shower.

No on-site parking. Parking pass provided (cash deposit required) for a parking lot that would have required walking down alley ways in a neighborhood that I was not comfortable walking at night by myself. Lacked air conditioning and also did not provide a fan. No elevator, no first level rooms. All rooms require going up stairs.

The onion rings and the breaded fish in the fish basket were very oily on Friday night but every other meals at our table were fantastic

A centrally situated traditional hotel you always want to return to .

This is our second time staying at The Grand . Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are welcoming and helpful . Dinner and breakfast were delicious . A good variety and good quality food . Great musicians on the Friday evening.

Room was very hot during the evening so a bit difficult to sleep .

Lovely room. Nice cosy bar, you could get very comfortable very quickly in there! The food is absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced. A gem of a spot.

The hotel was beautifully renovated with large rooms making our stay most comfortable. .Being in the centre of town it made getting about very easy, even parking was accommodated. The staff were most helpful and friendly.

We had no issues, a lovely place to stay.

Very comfortable good value central location.

Traditional entrance and bar/dining room, but very modern, spacious and well equipped room with an excellent bed. Good food.

No parking at the hotel, but they do offer a voucher for a nearby public car park.
