Ok.. the room was clean ... yes ... but this was all

Unfortunately, this hotel will never see me; on the pictures it looks really pretty; but this hotel needs maintenance, and a lot of maintenance; the pool area scruffy ... the clima system is on the balconies and looks so ugly... your restaurant... a shame on you ...unfriendly and not delicious;

I like the park like setting with pool. The staff... Jose ( 2 names in his name!). And the woman serving us at the restaurant. Good food. The size of the rooms . Cleanliness

More lawn chairs needed! Needs an outside coat of paint to look appealing from all sides

HORRIBLE experience! They overcharged me for first night and charged me an extra $50 deposit I didn't expect. I then requested that they put me in a smaller room and it had NO RUNNING WATER!!! The toilet wouldn't flush, and I couldn't wash my hands after using the bathroom or take a shower in 90 degree heat! Apparently some water pipe broke the day before, but they KNEW THAT. When I complained and asked for another room, they said they didn't have keys to another room with water so I couldn't switch rooms. They told me the water would be back on by 7 am the NEXT DAY, but it wasn't. Additionally, they refused to give me my money or 2 nightd of deposit(s) back. They refused to credit my card, saying I would have to wait 3-10 days. I'm disputing all the charges with my bank right now. And the worst part is that they didn't have 1 person at the front desk or on the premises that spoke English. Not one! DON'T STAY HERE. They will cheat you and overcharge you from the moment you arrive. There were no other Americans staying there besides me, and now I know why. Plus there are no computers available to access the internet to look for other places to stay. When I asked them if I could use the one in the office, surprise, they refused again! DON'T STAY HERE!
