Wunderbar ruhig mitten in der Stadt, herrliche Mittagspause auf den dachterrassen

This palace is stunning. Its in great location, its very well decorated and the green atrium is incredible. Our room had a view on the main campanile and the rooftop is very green and lush with amaizng views. The breakfast was great and in an amazing room!

1) Location was perfect within Lecce old town 2) Facilities were outstanding! It really felt like we were staying in a Palazzo. 3) On-site parking in a secured courtyard … excellent 4) room was very spacious and decorated with old world charm 5) bathroom was very spacious and included a bathtub! 6) balcony overlooking the courtyard 7) entire property (room and common areas) were kept immaculately clean 8) staff was outstanding throughout, especially when my wife had a medical issue after office hours. They looked after her and ensured she received proper medical treatment …. even drove her to the care clinic and stayed with her until she was released!

Absolutely nothing

The reception staff is exceptional. Very helpful and wanting to help where possible. with booking cabs, or making recommendations. The rooftop area is truly beautiful and a lovely spot to end the day. Location is perfect - truly centre of the action, shopping, restaurants, historical sites.

Sadly, due to an unforeseeable infestation of ants (due to heatwave?) on our floor especially, our room was truly overwhelmed by them. We can all deal with a few ants, but this was truly an infestation, they were everywhere. This made our stay less than ideal. Cleaning staff tried to help with any traps but there were far too many to get this under control; in our suitcases, all over the furniture and especially in the bathroom areas and even a few on our bed. The room would have needed to be fumigated. Obviously, this incident is not something the management could have foreseen but action to rectify the issue was lacking in urgency that would have been required.

Beautiful boutique hotel, helpful staff and excellent location. The rooftop terrazzo was the perfect location to enjoy appertivo and the sunset over Lecce

Only downside was the offensive sewerage smell in our bathroom but the staff dealt with it immediately.

Amazing hotel in the centre of old town Lecce. The roof terrace with a view of the campanile was extraordinary and very special. Beautiful greenery and flowers made this hotel very special. Our rooms were wonderful and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful too. We had a large car and this managed to fit through the door gate into the parking area. Aircon worked well. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit. The children loved the pancakes especially.

Nothing, it was amazing

It was just amazing and so beautiful. It has so much history and the decor just makes you feel like you’re part of it. We loved it. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Close to all the historical sites too.

To be able to park was great but beware you have to drive through the old city but this just added to another memorable experience in Lecce.

Lecce is a beautiful city and this grand old property does that beauty justice. You get the feeling that you are staying in a family home (which it used to be). The terrace on the roof is simply a movie set and could grace a Bond film with views across the city. The addition of a glass lift is a nice touch and helps with getting cases to and from the room Parking in the courtyard is easy The location in the centre of the city is very convenient Staff were super helpful and friendly
