Beach was nice
For over 200 euro/nigh do not include toilet paper - you need to buy it, we wanted 3 single beds instead of 1 double bed and 1 single bed - not possible, you need to pay additionally. 70 euro fee if you do not wash dishes - but no equipment for it, no saponat - you need to buy it. It was full of ants, everywhere..my bed was full of this ants .. incredible ..we had no warm water 2 days. Some employees was extremely rude. Hut much smaller than expected. I would never go back for this crazy price it did not worth.

Clean houses, 2 toilets, air conditioning, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. Such an excellent warm pool with water slides, steps to the sea - for children this is a paradise. There are market and cafe on the territory. Friendly staff at the reception, kindly helped with a taxi, because it is difficult to get there without own car.
There is no soap, dish detergent and washcloths - but you can buy all this in the market on the territory.

Great swimming pool and access to the beach
Site as a whole looks a little aged, great to swim at the new pool and access to the beach. Lodges are ok but nothing amazing to match the price.
50 euros for the kids to have a kick about on the soccer field which is full of trash…. No thanks.

The beach was nice. You can’t drive onto the grounds. We had to walk to anything and had to load all your stuff onto a golf cart and go to your cabin. Also, it said I had a waterfront bungalow. It was in the second row. I was mostly facing the bungalows in front of me.
I didn’t like that it said waterfront but was not truly water front. The place was really small. It get into bed, I had to shimmy sideways to get to my side of the bed.

Pool, steps to the beach, restaurant on site, small market, bathroom and air conditioning in cottage!

Nice location near sea in a very quite place. The children loved it. Everyone liked to go both to the sea and the swimming pool!!! Very helpfull stuff. Nice house with an amazing veranda. Highly recommended!
Sometimes problems with internet. Hard to regulate the water temperature in the shower.

Good location very close to the sea (our cottage). The cottage itself well equipped with kitchen utensils (maybe except wine glasses). Useful facilities within camping site (restaurant, grocery shop, swimming pool).
Largely present pharaoh ants in the cottage. I recommend to take sealable/zip plastic bags to protect your food or anything else the ants might be interested in.

Very good place for beach vacation and decent size rooms. The rooms are well equipped with basic needs and the reception and maintenance teams were very good in answering and helping out your needs.

We loved the location and the swimming pool
would have appreciated change of towels or the instructions how to wash them as well as cleaning equipment for the floors. We couldn't really mop the floors which was a little bit annoying with all the sand. We would have appreciated a proper sized fifth bed which was a little small and under the air-conditioning so not great for nights

Houses are quite new and well equipped, we almost haven't used our own kitchen appliances that we took with us. I love this big terrace which each home has. Nice and big swimming pool, free of charge. Beach was 5min walk from our houses, it was not private beach but public. Beach is wide and long so there were no problems to find a place at any time.
1) main road from reception/houses to the beach is covered with sand and wood chips - its not comfortable to walk, my foot got hurt due to this wood chips
2) ants everywhere, every room should have some ant remedy
3) pillows are not comfy and too high

Everything was good, specially the swimming pool and staff.
Restaurant was a little unfurnished but very good food and splendid staff.

The cabin was brand new and just a couple hundred meters from the beach. The three bedrooms were perfect for our family.
The restaurant didn't open until 8pm for dinner and we wanted to eat at 7pm. Also, would be nice to have paper towels and dish soap included.

It was close to the beach. With a private porch
This place states it’s suitable for multilingual people and advertised as a tourist attraction. The only person who spoke English was the initial receptionist. Ordering food was extremely difficult and many times we were ignored despite us trying our best with Google translate. When we did order food, my partners food didn’t arrive at the same time as myself, after an hour and trying to speak to the staff, it turned out that my partners food hadn’t even been made. There were no activities or night life. The air conditioning in the room was poor and with temperatures soaring into the 30s it was really difficult to sleep. There was no transportation to tourist destinations such as Rome. No shuttle bus to and from the Airport despite advertised, no local amenities. The wifi turned off for an entire day due to maintenance which we had no warning of. Many times megaphone announcements were made but not translated to English. When we left our room to check-out we weren’t asked about our stay. This is not worth the money we paid and we’re extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

We found the cottage very clean. The white wooden porch was very nice.
Having two bathrooms with windows was nice and helpful.
The park has some very beautiful stone pines and it is really near the beach. When the music in the camping wasn't so loud, we could hear the sea from the porch.
Some of the stuff was nice.
The cottage is actually a plastic (or something similar) container. It is very small and the air inside is suffocating. The walls don't isolate at all and you can hear every noise from outside. In one of the bathrooms the water pressure in the shower was very low. In the other bathroom hot water wouldn't come constantly. Every couple of minutes it would turn ice cold and then get hot again. The cottage was placed in the sun.
We had the misfortune to stay close to the stage where there were some parties everyday with some not so tasteful very commercial music until midnight. It was very loud and disturbing.
Most of staff was not speaking English and sometimes they would just ignore us or avoid us instead of making the unpleasant effort to communicate with foreigners.
The food was awful. The restaurant would only open at 7.30 PM (some local custom we found). So for lunch we could only get some food from the cafeteria looking like some lousy canteen. The local custom is to eat cold food for lunch> cold pasta, cold rice, cold vegetables, only some potatoes and some meat were hot.

We stayed in very comfortable house with big terrace, not far from the beach, which at the beginnig of June was almost empty. Kitchen was very well equiped - except wine glasses it was everything we needed. Toilet is small, but separated from the shower, which could be more convinient for bigger familiy. One bedroom is big enough, another rather small - definitely for children not for adults. Supermarket, restaurant and small laundry with few washing machines on site. Nearest cities Anzio and Nettuno worth to visit. Camping is 15 min drive to train station where you could reach Rome in 1 hour. We really enjoyed our stay under pinia trees. We we will gladly come back.

Location just near the long beach
Everything we needed was in the area - like a small town
Not very comfortable beds

The cottage itself is new and close to the beach.
The surrounding area is dirty. The pool is above ground and not very nice looking. There are no towels for the bathroom floor or the kitchen. Not even soap for the dishes at least for the first day. It is hard to find someone that speaks English. The reception was ok but many times I called to get wifi and it was not working. There is no wifi but in the cafe. There is very loud music until midnight and when called to complain, they hanged up on me three times. They charge for early check in and if u don’t have a car you are out of luck because you have to pay 50 euros each way to the train station.

Comfortable, walking distance to beach and to an amazing bar/restaurant Ciao beach which is much better than Lido 18 - service, food and amazing staff
Would have been better if there was a cleaner/towel change facility free of charge every 3-4 days for example
There needs to be a basic pharmacy on the campsite as I couldn’t buy paracetamol

Good distance to the beach, bungalows were well equipped. Stuff was friendly and helpful.
Missing bulbs (light) or broken in the bungalow.

Very good value for money.
Young staff
In the restaurant and beach bar very low prices, which is a plus.
Some people on reception not very nice. It is a bit difficult to communicate with the employees because of the lack of English.

The camp is really large and beautiful with colosal tall pine trees everywhere (lots of shadow). Our cottage had spacious terrace which we loved because of the nice scenery at the breakfast every morning. Clean beach with a soft sand and a great beach bar with offer of tasty pizza, salads, icecreams...at very affordable price. The camp restaurants were good too but we cooked ourself (kitchen equipment sufficient; shop in the camp well supplied).
Rooms were maybe smaller than I expected but the bathrooms were spacy enough (2 in a small cottage like this-really comfortable). All was clean and ready at our arrival. I want to highlight the good quality mattresses.
We could not enjoy the daily & evening program too much-all was in Italian (but it´s logic). The inside of our cottage was a little bit stinky when we came but nothing terrible.
Local taxi service is not working well (almost no possibility). But the public buses were OK and punctual.
