A must-visit for a luxerous, beautiful, and yummy stay!

Quickly became our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The architecture is splendid and unique with something new to see and experience at every turn! The spa is convenient and has clean amenities, the food is stellar, and we loved the views from the room. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. Such a pleasure to experience this property during its first winter season!

poor front desk staff

wonderful property and amazing food!

at check out I wanted to pay cash and they insisted I pay an extra 19%. I had shared my tourist receipt at check in and they took a photocopy of if. it is my understanding that I ought to be exempt from this charge. no other hotels I stayed at in Chile charged me more for paying cash. it left a very bad taste in my mouth!

amazing place

Everything has been designed to make you love this place. Friendly staff, great facilities and beautiful landscapes. The restaurant was excellent too, and thanks to Jorge for looking after us. What a treat after a very long hike.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The property is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and service is exceptional. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect, we're just sorry we couldn't get an spa appointment as we didn't think to book in advance.

The relaxed seating in the lounge areas and the very god service

Steampunk Victorian Meets Ultra Modern Leads To An Unforgettable Stay

The facilities were mind blowing. It was like staying in a museum. The blend of the old and the new was extremely well executed. The curation of all the touch points, furnishings, toiletries, materials was spot on. Staff extremely friendly and remembers your name. Had nice long chat with one of the managers at dinner and got to speak to chefs.

Really enjoyable stay

The hotel has a very original design of high quality and has a nice atmosphere. Quality of the personnel at reception, cleaning and wellness is excellent! Quality of food served very good. An incident (water flooding of ceiling) caused by an “upper neighbour” was really solved very quickly and professional!!

Quality of personnel in bar and restaurant below expected level! Not due to their motivation but it looks like bad training and/or management.

I love everything! They provide the best customer service from the moment you arrive to the second you leave . The hotel building is retro and modern. Every staff member is friendly and professional. Food and drinks are top notch. The view from the rooms is stunning . I really highly recommend staying in this luxurious hotel after a walk in Torres del Paine. You deserve this reward !!!

Singular is an excellent starting point to a trip to the torres del Paine Park

The architecture, decoration and environment was outstanding, The location in the Patagonia, the end of the world, with the view of the fjords and the mountains are insane. Staff is well trained and focused in customer hapiness.
