Breakfasts served at tarrase every morning were the most amazing thing with beautiful view on caldera! Very clean and quiet. Two super market 2 minutes away, 10 minutes walk to main part of Oia. Everything was amazing! Hot tuba, view, Service - excellent!!!

The location is close (10 min. walk) to the center of Oia. The room has amazing view at the Caldera and a nice jacuzzi. The staff was kind. The room was cleaned very well.

We arrived at the end of September for 4 nights. The plane was delayed, we arrived at the accommodation around one o'clock in the morning. Nevertheless, a lady was waiting for us, who warmly welcomed us and showed us everything at this late hour. The rooms are very spacious. bedroom with very comfortable bed, bathroom with excellent shower. Another separate living room with a large and sufficiently equipped kitchen was great. A bonus was the heated hot tub, which could be used 24 hours a day. Every morning they brought us breakfast, which we enjoyed at a private table in front of the accommodation with an absolutely stunning view of the Caldera. Cleaning was done every day, everyone was very nice and helpful. We would love to come back again. It is one of the best Santorini accommodation in Oia at a very affordable price. Highly recommended, you will definitely be satisfied.

The owner Dimitris arranged the transport to meet us at the dock and welcomed us on arrival at Rimida. He explained how things worked, where we should go in town which was less than a 10 minute walk and assisted with our bookings for sailing, kayaking and restaurants....nothing was too difficult for him to assist us with.

The view is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was included and had a good selection. Dimitry the host was very nice and helpful. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Hard to fin the place as there is no sign from the front entrance on the road. Room was a bit small but had everything one would need

loved our view from our room! the staff were so friendly, on arrival Dimitri (I think that was his name?!) was so kind and helpful, he gave us some excellent restaurant information and general info about the bus, where the local grocery store etc that was incredibly helpful!!

there isn’t much to fault, but if I could say something maybe that our balcony wasn’t completely private but it did not take away from the experience

Didn’t realize the studio I booked was so small and we could barely move around to even unpack our bags. our small plunge pool wasn’t shaded which made it too warm to use during the day as we took Each unit is different. Make sure you ask if you plunge pool is shaded. Would have been nice to have a larger pool to lounge by.

Poor customer service - check in was difficult and very unwelcoming. All requests were a challenge and guests made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The breakfast was poor and very low quality for the price - e.g. stale bread, burnt croissant, 1 plum tomato, 1 olive per guest, stale bread (first morning) cold hot drinks, advised only allowed 1 glass of orange juice per guest. There was no options for breakfast and hotel do not check dietary or religious requirements for breakfast on check in. This resulted in pork being served! The property was not cleaned daily and also the bins were not emptied daily. Had to clean our own apartment and make the beds, had to go and collect own extra toilet roll as none supplied and also fresh towels.
