Me and my partner liked the kitchen, bathroom and most of all the bed which was VERY comfy that we didn’t want to leave. The staff there was very nice and the place was clean. Would recommend staying there again.

Location and Internet tv
Hookers working onsite all night with people coming and going until 5am and drug dealers down the other end... I wanted a refund and got laughed at by the staff

Like that the location was not far from a main road but out of the hustle and bustle of the city. The spa bath was nice to relax in and checking in and out was a breeze.
Not really the properties fault although they must have an idea if they accept them, but it appeared to have some Emergency Housing guests which were a little rowdy and having spats amongst themselves.

Easy to get to . Nice and clean , well maintained and quiet.
Food options a little limited unless using uber.
Windows left open after Room serviced was wierd to come home to. Milk could be refreshed

Easy to find, friendly staff, room was ready when we arrived and was clean, free in-room Wifi.
The pillows were quite hard, the wardrobe was not very accessible and the iron had large stains and burns on it, disappointing as we needed to but were unable to use.

a lot of noisy people around this hotel, I’m not sure if it’s used for emergency housing. people up talking loud outside in the early hours of the morning. also people yelling and swearing

Breakfast is not provided - inconvenient
I walk with a cane - if I had known the room was upstairs with outside access I would not have booked. As it was, outside access in the rain was inconvenient.

spacious room, very clean and tidy
the motel staff, inc. cleaners are very polite
Sound insulation is not so good if people speak louder or make noise from another room.

Was not sure when making the booking as to what the Arena Court Motel would be like, but was pleasantly surprised. Everything was lovely and clean, and it was a very peaceful spot even though there were a lot of other guests staying there. The reception gentleman was very welcoming, and had me checked in very quickly. Thanks so much for having me, I did enjoy my stay.

No Neon tv ( my fav). The tv itself cut internet on last 2 days & I couldnt reconnect it.

i think this property is emergency housing? i think properties should list whether they are emergency housing or not. there were cars going up and down all night and early in the morning, nosier than the last time i stayed here.
