Feels like home when in Lviv

Everything! It’s the best location to be in Lviv. Excellent price. Has character and old world charm but also comfortable, with air conditioning and lift. The staff really go out of their way to be of help.

Amazing. It felt like home. I will always stay here when I’m in Lviv

I liked the room with the old furniture overlooking the church. It felt like home. I did feel I was charged a bit much extending my stay as it was advertised down in price but they adjusted it. To be honest everyone was so helpful and friendly, it was still excellent value. They were amazing with laundry and ironing and finding things out for you. I stayed in a 5 star hotel in Odesa and they didn’t iron and do the laundry as well as here. Maybe their excellence made me s bit fussy. It felt like home. I don’t stay anywhere else in Lviv and I will visit again. Breakfast is available and is great. The breakfast area is also See’s shelter is. It’s very comfortable but there wasn’t really an occasion I used it for very long. The attention to detail and antique furniture it just absolutely stunning. Everything works too. Everything is clean. Staff are so friendly.

Very, very disappointed with what we got for the money. Nobody reads your orders.

The staff was good. Clean room. Loxation is perfect.

We booked a room with double bed. We were tired after 3 days on a road. We got a room with single beds put together instead. 😭😭😭 We were suffering the whole night long, as the wooden frame between 2 beds pushed our backs.

Super stylish, great location and I got a last-minute deal for a very good price.

Mattress needs replacing. Can hear people in other rooms quite clearly. Breakfast wasn’t very nice.

Wonderful hotel

Central location. I especially loved the view of the city from the breakfast room located on the rooftop. The staff was welcoming and helpful, even as I arrived in the middle of night. So much given the current situation (war)

Good venue, but I did not have a proper rest there.

Staff was friendly and cooperative.

The room was noisy (generator or conditioners outdoors were very noisy all night long), and the bed was uncomfortable (too tough).

The room is ok

You will hear the neighbors next room like they are present in your room. No sounds isolation. I asked to receptionist to call to taxi for me and was told that everything will be ok. As a result I went downstairs and could not find anybody on the reception and of course nobody arranged the taxi. I understand that it was curfew but at least to inform that taxi is unavailable would be good enough so I would count my time to walk to be on time on the railway station/airport. Unreliable.

air conditioning issue.

the stay was okay. pretty small room but not a big deal.

none of the staff said anything about the air conditioning. THAT IS DOESN‘T TURN ON IN THE ROOM. so I spent all night in bed without sleep cuz of the hot air, and turns out IT TURNS ON IN THE HALLWAY. like what???? so that really ruined my stay, my day and obviously my mood. sleepless night, yay. anyway, keep that in mind.

Charming small hotel

This is a lovely small hotel located just minutes away from all the central streets and restaurants, but tucked away in a nice quiet spot. There is a church nearby, so you will most likely here bells and singing in the morning especially on weekend, but it actually adds some extra charm to this place. Receptionists were super nice and pleasant and were ready to help with any inquiries. Overall it's a good value for money option. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was rather small, but it was still very cosy and pleasant and it had a charming balcony as a bonus )I would put there a couple of small chairs to enjoy the view)
