Petar was a very helpful host. We would definitely stay again.
Location was good for central Oxford, easy to walk to, plenty of buses if you prefer.
Jacuzzi/hot tub is neither, it's actually a spa bath, so was a disappointment. If using the toaster you need to shut the kitchen door otherwise the fire alarm goes off.
