Ottimo soggiorno in uno spendido Riad sapientemente ristrutturato con classe e qualità, dove si respira davvero pace e tranquillità nel delizioso cortiletto interno e sulla terrazza con magnifica vista sulla città.
Camera davvero ampia e spaziosa.

It was like staying at your friend's house, where they give you a key and say "come and go as you please". Definitely a home from home. Sure, stay at a 5 star swanky hotel if that's your bag, but if you really want to immerse yourself in local culture, stay at a traditional riad like Tizwa, and you will gain hugely from the experience.
If I have to pick one thing, it would be that the cushions on the sofa didn't have any covers on them, and they looked a little unsightly with the inners all covered in fluffy balls.

Lovely Riad on the edge of the Medina. An oasis away from the heat and hustle and bustle. Room was spacious with large bathroom. lovely big roof top terrace where breakfast is served.
all the rooms are off a central reception courtyard so can be noisy when people are checking in or out.
It was consistently 39 degrees every day when we were there and the central courtyard is the coolest spot but as it is also used as a reception area, is not the most comfortable place to sit and it was way too hot on the roof.

Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were lovely and friendly. The Riad is very well kept and comfortable. As a traveller with my teenage daughter I was a little apprehensive as it was my first time in Morocco but I felt very reassured, Hassan gave me contact phone numbers in case of any problems and organised our taxi for onward travel which was all very much appreciated. We loved our time in Marrakech and at Riad Tizwa and we would highly recommend. Thankyou to all.

Great Riad, quiet and comfortable. The room is nice, including the bathroom in an old converted hammam.
The location is good and we felt safe.

Nice fresh and clean Dar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely designed rooms including bathroom in an old converted hammam. Pleasant rooftop breakfast. Short walk to the medina. Great recommendations for restaurants that are not crowded with tourists.
No complaints

An excellent riad at a perfect location for those who want to stay in the Medina. Very quiet though in the middle of everything. Beautiful place with a great breakfast. Plus that the warm an caring service from wonderful Hassan and Aziz as the icing on the cake. I highly recommend Riad Tizwa.
The only thing that could have been better was us staying longer ☺️

beautiful place, fabulous location, manager Hassan was lovely, welcoming and super helpful. amazing breakfast included on roof top terrace
the price. also our room was cramped, with a camp bed in front of the door for one of us in what was meant to be a family room

We loved how big the room was, the rooftop, amazing and large breakfast and the manager, Hassan, could not have been more helpful and accommodating. it was also a great location- very close to the “action” in the Medina, but far enough away that it was quiet.

A small riad nestled in the north west corner of the Medina, within easy reach of The Secret Garden, the main square and all of the Souks. Charming and courteous staff made our brief stay an amazing experience. Excellent recommendations for dinner and coffee too. The breakfast was lovely and served in the courtyard of the riad with small songbirds flitting around.
We have no hesitation in warmly recommending this riad.
Happy to say nothing jumps to mind

Absolutely 5stars, Hassan and Manny are the most amazing guys, I'm just hoping I'll be able to get a room next time I'm in Kech!
I loved everything!

Breakfast was fab and plentiful. Location was great - edge of car free zone so taxis eg from airport can stop outside and then an easy walk to main attractions. Rooms were quiet and facilities as expected. The staff make it - they are just excellent with no request being a problem. Restaurant and activity recommendations were no problem and Hassan booked tables or visits or taxis for us making the experience stress free. Having an airport pick up and drop off was really valued.
Nothing negative to say - we got what we expected and so much more with Hassan and his team who went beyond expectations.

The staff is super nice and the Riad super cozy, especially in the evening. My busticket was organized and they are very attentive. I loved the different soaps in the shower and the Coffee in the morning that was served to my door. Absolutely recommended!

Location close to main street. Very accesible.

Location is very good, very quiet and look very secured. Breakfast is delicious, served by the always smiling and helpful Mouad, which is very welcome. We are always greeted with a flask of hot coffee when you open the door first thing in the morning. Hassan, the manager has been extra helpful even before we arrived. He facilitated our trip to Chefchaouen. We had dinner for 3 nights at the Riad. The cook is excellent. The tagine is better than the 5 star restaurant we went for our dinner on our first night at Marrakech.

Breakfast is amazing. We also requested dinner on 3 nights of our stay. The food is superb, amazing cook. Best tagine in town, better than the 5 star place we had the night before. The staff, Hassan and Mouad were very helpful. We arrived late after a nine hour drive back to Marrakech but Mouad was very considerate, letting us get our breath back, preparing mint tea to welcome us. Mouad always has a ready smile which is very welcome whenever he serves our breakfast. Another treat is a flask of hot coffee, milk, sugar greet you when you open the door first thing in the morning. Hassan has been a very good resource person even before we started the trip. He facilitated our trip to Chefchaouen, thus making it easy for us to go there. I've been to a lot of places, experiencing hospitalities but the staff at the Riad far exceed in hospitality. Hassan never gets tired of the many questions I have of our forthcoming trip. He also answers any questions very quickly. I never met anyone who goes the extra mile to make our stay memorable and comfortable.
Bathroom separate from the room.

Quiet and homely yet not far from the busy, noisy centre of Marrakesh, so easily close enough to return in the middle of the day for a break from the heat. Rooms are full of character. Eat breakfast on the roof.
Really nothing on offer could have been done better. The stairs within the property are steep which may be a problem for some, but there are ground floor rooms.
