Being greeted by helpful warm staff The spacious new bathroom to clean up in after a long cycle Clean kitchen, shared drink and milk, where you can make your own food, nearness of supermarket to buy foods
Safe storage for bikes Sense of community and safely in shared accommodation Washing line to hang clothing to dry and easy access to outdoor shared space, with chairs to rest on
Smell hanging in bedroom when we arrived sorted by opening windows.
Halogen bedside lamp nearest door crackles intermitently which concerned me??

Spacious room with good furnishings. Kitchen with all facilities available for use. Free parking. Short distance to walk into town for shopping & restaurants.
Shower room had limited headroom and nowhere to put toiletries (room9). Would suggest a shelf unit, either fixed or movable. The other room we had booked was fine.

Staff at the property were very accommodating of a late check-in, the room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. My weekend stay was faultless and will definitely be booking again!

Visiting family for the weekend so for us this is a good place to stay, the location is good as you can easily walk into town. We really like having access to the kitchen facilities.
Room was clean, and stocked with tea, coffee and water.
The room I was staying in was really warm, but luckily there was a fan in the room.

Staff were very friendly before our trip through messages, although didnt see anyone whilst there due to it being the festive period. Rooms where as expected. Tea and coffee facilities replenished after first night.

This Guest House is Excellent, Great location, Good parking on site & covered by CCTV. Large room with all facilities, Warm, Fan provided, Quiet,Tea & Coffee etc..use of kitchen facilities too. Friendly staff, This has been my 4th visit & will be back in 2023

No breakfast provided which we knew on booking but what we didn't realise was that there were two large kitchen diners which were fully equipped and provided with every convenience and kept immaculate.Brilliant, thanks.
It would have been better if we had known about this perfect town accommodation and its friendly helpful staff years ago!

Well-proportioned room which was comfortable and clean. The guest house itself was clean, welcoming and quiet. Amenities good in room and lovely that had use of a kitchen so didn't have to go out to eat, just what needed at end of a busy day at work

The guest house was perfect. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble.

Kitchen facilities excellent - and there are 2 kitchens neither heavily used, so social distancing never a problem.
Rooms on the road side are horribly noisy from 4.30am: staff found me an alternative room on the back which was perfect. (However another guest who was also on the road side did not find noise a problem so perhaps OK for deep sleepers!)

There wasn’t any breakfast. You had to bring your own food. But there were two well-appointed kitchen-dining rooms.
There is no lounge, and no armchair in the bedroom. The bedroom also lacked a stand for your luggage.

Staff were lovely and friendly, very relaxed atmosphere! We have a three year old and the room was absolutely perfect! so accommodating, travel cot set up for us ready on arrival!
