They don't refund money even in the extreme circumstances beyond of control ( even partly).

The location was suitable for the reason we were in Mackay. The beds were comfortable. Air con worked. Parking was good - beside the cabin.

I booked a cabin with 2 beds and also included this in the 'special booking instructions'. Upon arrival I was told I was given a cabin with a double bed. I explained I needed and booked 2 beds. I was asked 'why do you need to two beds'?' This is no one's business but my own. Eventually I was told I could have a cabin with 2 beds but I was made to feel like this was an big imposition. I was also told that the office closed at 4pm - we arrived at 5.15pm - late due to an accident on the highway. I had provided an update about our arrival time via booking.com which was accepted. The sign on the door said that the office closed at 6pm so the lady's statement didn't make sense. The room was a basic cabin - visually looks fine. The outside patio light didn't work, part of the kitchen tap was broken and this area was filled with dirt, there were cockroaches (the little german ones), the iron leaked all the water out of it and didn't heat evenly, the door handle on the inside of the shower screen was broken so it couldn't be shut properly and water leaked out over the floor. There was no soap or complimentary milk - not essential I know but most places offer this. Upon check out I needed to check if linen needed to be brought to the office as there was a sign on the wall of the cabin stating that that needed to happen. I advised the 2 ladies who were in the office upon check out of the issues with iron, the lap, the cockroaches.

I traveled for a local charity bike ride and stayed in a cabin I had plenty of space to park my van with ultra high and wide bike racks and store bikes, only there for one night but it’s a great place to stay as done so before staff are fantastic too very helpful

Tv took a little while to start up, yes seriously that’s my first world complaint

Location. Cost of accomadation was good price Room clean and tidy. It was self contained with everything supplied.

Bed was saggy. and not comfortable. Otherwise great unit

Facilities very poor, fridge did not work. barely any cookware, cutlery and dinnerware. Not ideal when the main point of the accommodation is "self contained"

We arrived late, our room was ready and easy access.
