مجرد اقامه قصيره جدا في غرف الفندق Very short stays in the future in hotel rooms

الايجابيه نظافة الفيلا هدوء الترحيب و الاستقبال ‏Positivity ‏Cleanliness of the villa ‏calm ‏Welcome and reception

سلبيات تجربة شهر العسل سيئة للأسف تجربة خدمة العملاء سيئة بعد الحجز وستكون الأخيرة وليس لديهم أي مصداقية في التعامل مع طلبات الإقامة. لقد أتيت إلى إندونيسيا 5 مرات وهذا السكن خيب أملي لأن الفنادق قديمة وليست جيدة للإقامات الطويلة. لا أوصي بالفيلا. أوصي الغرف ممكن لاقامه قصيره جدا مدة يوم واحد . 1- الفيلا متهالكة ولا يوجد بها تكييف أو مروحة للتهوية والمكان خانق وحار جداً في غرفة المعيشة. 2- تكييف الغرفة داخل الفيلا الصغيرة جداً لا يسمح بتهوية وتبريد غرفة النوم إطلاقاً ولا أنصح به . 3- أدوات المطبخ غير صالحة لفترة طويلة، ولايوجد اساسا ادوات مطبخ و لا يوجد ماكينة صنع القهوة، ولا يوجد كهرباء في المطبخ للميكروويف أو غلاية ماء كهربائي، ويجب توصيل جهاز جديد بجانب الثلاجة، ولا توجد مستلزمات المطبخ الأساسية أو ملاعق أو شوك أو سكاكين.. 4- المنزل خانق للغاية ويجب تهويته خلال النهار وتركيب مكيف الهواء 5- يجب وضع مكيف آخر في الصالة أو عدد من مراوح السقف، كما يجب تغيير مكيفات الفيلا لغرفة النوم إلى مقاس 18 بدلاً من 12. 6- لا تسمى فيلا لانها غرفة نوم وغرفة معيشة بمساحة صغيرة وتكون الفلل متجاورة مع بعضها البعض وتسمع بعضهم . 7- تم الطلب من خدمة العملاء تقديم مناديل أو قهوة مجانية. ويعتذر. للأسف ممنوع . وبعد أن أخبرته أنها مجانية ويجب أن تكون متاحة باستمرار، أخبرني بكمية القهوة التي تريدها. 8- لا يوجد غلاية كهربائية إطلاقاً ويجب أن تطلب منهم ذلك. 9- تم حجز أربعة أيام ثم غادرت ثاني يوم وأقمت في فندق آخر جديد وممتاز جداً. لسوء الحظ، لم يتم استرداد المبلغ للمدة المتبقيه Negatives :- Bad honeymoon experience unfortunately Poor customer service experience after booking It will be the last and they have no credibility in dealing with residency applications. I have come to Indonesia 5 times and this accommodation disappointed me because the hotels are old and not good for long stays. I do not recommend the villa. I recommend the rooms possible for a very short stay of one day. 1- The villa is dilapidated and does not have air conditioning or a fan for ventilation, and the place is stifling and very hot in the living room.

Pleasant stay on the hills

Great service, facilities and environment. The staff was very attentive during our stay, providing everything we needed, from extra towels to transport to Taman Safari.

To mention something, the water in the big pool was too cold, meanwhile the water in the children pool was a bit too hot.

VALUE FOR MONEY WITH GREAT VIEWS!

Everything was up to my expectations and the way the hotel is cozy and facilities is so close to each other. It's a good value for money, And services and food were great as well.

The water bidet is a bit flaky. and the wardrobe is a bit outdated can be renewed.

The staff here are the hotel's biggest asset, they are terrific. Beautiful location very close to Safari park. Amazing value for money with a huge amount of facilities.

My only regret is not booking a longer stay.

The stay is good, breakfast is ok, the play ground for kids is just complete and amazing to play...

Overall it's a pleasure to vacation here, with 5 children, so we live in 2 connecting rooms. The facilities for children's play are very complete, there is a children's pool which is warm (although the warmth needs to be increased), and an adult pool, playground, playhouse, futsal, mini golf, mini badminton, table tennis, flying fox (pay IDR 50,000) , indoor toys for toddlers (pictures, tv etc.), & a fitness center, basically really suitable for staycaytion with family. Hungry, just order a motorcycle taxi online, perfect. But what we think is a bit lacking is the breakfast. It's complete, but the taste is ordinary. And vacationing here is suitable when it's not the rainy season, so that the outdoor playground is drier, during the rainy season everything is wet, it makes you lazy to play.

Breakfast taste is just so so. The menu is quite complete, there is a local food and also arabic food but the taste is just ok.

Bad is comportable , Request extra pillow approve by hotel. house keeping is very helpful to rent bath pail for grandma.

carpet on Room prayer is too smell. the checkin time is so late.

Some TV's are not functionable. Staffs should checked it when there are arriving guests checking in.
