It was clean, the materaces were comfy.

A bit noisy air conditioner.

The room was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom and balcony were spacey. Owner helped us with printing one page document.

We weren't given the room shown in the photos. We stayed at room 5 (studio with a tiny kitchen counter) but when we booked the room photos showed room 4 (studio with a separate kitchen), which is bigger and more quite (away from the road) as it was in the back of the building. Our room was closer to the main road and it wasn't pleasant to sit in the balcony because of the noise and dust. If you're a light sleeper, you can have difficulty to sleep at night even when the balcony door is closed. I called the owner (daughter) to change the room as we saw that room 4 was empty on our second day there and it was also the room shown in the photos. She said that it's not possible to change it as they'd need to clean it and there would be guests the next day. She also said Booking.com shows the photos of room 4 but it's not correct. So who uploaded the photos on the site??? The guests came the next day and they stayed only two nights in room 4. Then the room was empty again for one night. After that other guests arrived and stayed two nights again. Whereas we were there for seven nights and had to stay in a smaller room which we didn't book. I don't know how it happened but if you put the photos of a different room on Booking.com and offer another room when guests arrive, it's deceiving. I thought I booked room 4 based on the photos and the size of the room. If I saw the photos of room 5 while booking, I would have chosen a different accommodation. Another problem was the noise of other guests. One night they played loud music and talked loudly (they were drunk, they probably returned from a party) in one of the rooms upstairs. There was no warning from the owner. Also you could hear the noise of the shower from other rooms. So it was hard to sleep in the morning while other guests were taking shower.
