В гостинице был капитальный ремонт. Но это не коснулось унитаза, можно было бы заменить хотя бы сидушку потому что она пожелтела. Из плюсов кондиционер работает без ключа, можно оставить его работать и вернутся в прохладный номер. Чистое постельное белье. Есть мини бар, но при заселении его лучше сфоткать, чтоб иметь доказательства. Есть балкон, где можно сушить вещи. Достаточно много места чтоб разместиться.

Начнём с того что забрали паспорт, а при выселении накручивали деньги за всякие непонятные услуги. Персонал очень плохо говорит на английском, поэтому мы так и не поняли про какую курицу (chicken) шла речь, когда мы курицу в гостинице не видели от слова совсем. Есть мини бар, мы съели печенье, по прайсу было указано 15000 донгов. Я даже показывала этот прайс, но с нас взяли 20000 донгов. Пытались содрать деньги за пирожное, и мне пришлось подниматься в номер и показывать что оно есть. Заряжать электробайк нельзя, но при этом деньги за зарядку взяли, хотя байк отключили ночью и он не зарядился совсем. И все это говорится уже при выселении, шантажируя вас вашим паспортом. Это было ужасно, я бы осталась спорить но у нас был рейс в другой город и мы не могли тратить много времени на это. Кстати все выселение длилось 15 минут, так что рассчитывайте время. Про то что парень который там работает с нами не здоровался, но это не критично, потому что мы туда не разговоры приехали вести, но кому то может важно. Номер за все время проживания убирали 1 раз и то по просьбе. Соответственно воду нам за все время предоставили -2 раза, при въезде и уборке. Туалетную бумагу так же. Бывают напротив поют караоке, но ближе к 22:00-23:00 заканчивают выступать 😅 В номере живут муравьи, не обижайте их они безобидны для вас.

Bin mit dem Nachtbus um 2am angekommen, was ich vorher wusste und deshalb extra im Hotel nachgefragt hatte ob ein Checkin um diese Uhrzeit noch möglich ist. Antwort: „Ok, no problem“ Als ich dann um 02:00 vor Ort war hing an der Rezeption ein Zettel „will be back in 10 Minutes“. Habe eine Stunde gewartet und bin das gesamte Hotel abgelaufen, niemand da! Da um 2 Uhr Morgens in Vietnam niemand auf der Straße ist außer aggressiven Hunden habe ich mich dann dazu entschlossen auf dem Stuhl vor der Rezeption zu schlafen. Habe dort bis 07:00 gesessen bevor jemand kam. Kann jedem nur dringend davon abraten hier zu buchen!

В номере очень чисто. Номер большой, приятный. Окно во всю стену - от этого светло. Хорошее расположение. На ресепшен можно попить водички))

Персонал - ощущение, что его заставляют там работать и он в рабстве. Не было туалет бумаги - спросила у амина-пришлось спускаться вниз за ней. Горячей воды на утро не было. Вай фай ужасный, еле тянул

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, phòng ở khá mới và sạch. Giá ở rẻ 160k một ngày đêm ( ở khoảng từ thứ 2 đến thứ 5 ) . Cuối tuần nghe nói 350k một ngày đêm cũng khá ổn . Gần biển .

Cửa phụ thông 3 phòng , dưới cửa phụ có khe hở đút lọt điện thoại vô được, nhà tắm có khe hở thông gió với hành lang chung . Nên hơi mất riêng tư .

- large bed - solid wifi - balcony with a nice sea view (although our balcony was shared - not as advertised on Booking.com) - can do laundry for 25k per kilo (ready for pick-up the next day) - great price/value ratio! - there’s a fridge on the second floor which we were able to use 😇

- it was a bit hard to tell if the A/C is working/turned on most of the time - not sure if the water dispenser is available for the guests as it’s located in the area dedicated to the staff (below ground floor) - duvet could be a bit bigger :) - soap not provided (only a few samples of shampoo)

Good balcony and comfortable bed. Good price for what you get.

Shower head was broken, so hard to shower.

Terrible ! In a dormitory : You can’t close the door, you are in the front of the entry, the beds hit are not changed, not clean at all, and the staff not trying to understand a little. Really this has to be forbidden.

Check in at 2am without problems. Quiet area. Friendly staff.

What they advertised as sofabed was nothing more then a large chair (length ~1,20m, width ~60cm). No way this counts as sleeping opportunity. Kitchen was quite dirty and pans, dishes etc in bad shape. Only one small blanket for 2 people. Not many interesting things around

Price, location, cleanliness, strong Wifi, hot water. Of course, it's the cheapest place you can find in whole Vietnam, so you have to setup the expectations accordingly.

Wifi doesn't work. Water is cold. They keep your passeport andvtry to scam you at checkout preyexting you did not pay because they are do stupide to understand Booking payements. Finally i pain in cash asvi was debited by Booking, to obtain m'y passeport. Thé should bé firef bbybowners tto savevtheir business. Th worst expérience of m'y life of traveler.

The room is big enough. You have a small balcony and the bathroom is just what you need. The bed is really comfortable.

They want to keep your passport during the stay. Eventually he was okay with keeping my drivers license which is still really weird but okay. We need to trust them with our passport which is the most important thing as a traveler while they apparently don't trust us with the room when we don't give our passport. Weird policy. If you are okay with this you will have a lovely stay.

Didn’t get any hot water the whole time and I assume the air con needed to be cleaned as I became quite sick after 3 nights with it on.

The location is simply amazing. The sea can be seen from the balcony of the room as well as the common balcony. The room and the bed are comfortable. To have a good air-conditioned dwelling to come back to in the hot afternoon of Mui Ne is a blessing. Thankfully the staff speaks a little English. It is extremely quiet, given the fact that it is a 2 minutes walk from the busy main street of Mui Ne with all the eateries and cafes. While there is no ticketing or motorbike rental facility at the hotel, the receptionist guided me to the right location.

There was no electric kettle and chair in the room. And it was a bit weird that they asked to keep the passport at the reception till check out. Thankfully the guy agreed to make do with my Indian ID

The water pressure and location

my partner and I have traveled Vietnam for a while now, this has been the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever stayed on (more uncomfortable than the beds in Thailand). The mattress was just a topper. There was a gap above the balcony door which let it bugs and lizards and the lock of the door may have no been there. A child could hold the door firmer than that lock. The receptionist was helpful but he didn’t look like he was happy to help, if that makes sense. The hotel needs a massive clean.

Location was good for bars and restaurants. Cheap price but certainly not value for money.

Room we booked was not like the picture - we didn’t have a window. Unfriendly staff. Uncomfortable bed. Dirty and dusty room with old furniture. In one of the drawers there were lots of random, dusty objects and junk.

Really good standard for this price
