Hotel was well placed for touring. Room size was good! The customer service person who helped me from the hotel through three booking.com app was fantastic and so helpful!

The air-conditioning made a noise the whole night. The cleaning staff spoke so loudly in the morning that it would wake me up. They decided to clean the carpets of the whole hotel during my stay and the whole place smelled damp and really bad my whole stay. The staff didn't speak English so communication was very difficult and some of them were very reluctant to help or try using the translation app.

Great location next to the Temple of Heaven and close to most major subway lines. Staff were very friendly and helpful, too.

Good location, close to metro easy to connect to the airport vie line 5. Staff can't speak English but we communicated with application. Restaurants not so close but good quality.

I finally got to review this hotel. I liked the room. It is clean and cozy. The cleaning staff respects your privacy and is quiet and professional. The receptionist who checked us in waited for us until past midnight (We arrived late at Beijing Daxing airport and had to wait for a bus to take us downtown).

The same receptionist wo checked us in asked, by phone call, to add me on WeChat then tried to convince me to get some premium membership card of something I clearly did not ask for. When we finally arrived, she kept murmuring under her breath in Chinese, which made us really uncomfortable. Not even a single "thank you" or "enjoy your stay" was heard that night despite a lengthy exchange. We felt unwelcomed. Granted, we were late and it was our fault that she stayed up until past midnight, but still, it looked really unprofessional. The receptionist who checked us out, on the other hand, was amazing despite being busy handling different guests at the time, never once losing her smile and professionalism despite the language barrier. Keep up the good work!

Comfortable room, quiet area, close to the subway station and within walking distance from Temple of Heaven. They can host foreigners.

Not too many restaurants around the hotel.

Great staff, good location, clean rooms. One of few budget hotels that allows foreigners to stay in Beijing during the covid pandemic.
