The property was beautifully maintained and the customer service provided by Babs the property manager was incredibly friendly and responsive. The room was more beautiful than the pictures and provided everything needed to allow for a lovely stay. My wife didn’t want to leave and has already stated she wants to return with the family. Bravo for making our vacation one we will never forget.

We were able to get a last minute booking during Spring Break-Easter week, when our originally booked condo didn’t work out. We loved the balcony that both bedrooms opened to, creating a nice breeze. Balcony was large enough for us to sit at a table. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room which allows for a feeling of privacy. One of the best things was that it’s a corner unit so you have the balcony on two sides. It appeared that the master bedroom carpet hadn’t been vacuumed because there were plastic beads on the floor, but that was the only issue. Everything was perfect. We went swimming in the sound—the steps down to the water made it very convenient

Property was as listed and advertised. Enjoyed the views from the wrap-around balcony of both the Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Comfortable living spaces, beds were very comfortable, we slept well each night. An older unit but has been well maintained and the updated bathrooms were nicely appointed. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Pensacola, the beaches were great!

Everything as described and then some! By far the most stocked and well kept condo I've stayed in. The kitchen has anything you could need! The condo is beautiful and very clean. We watched dolphins jumping in the water while sitting in bed! The pool is also very nice. Communication was beyond great. The building is nice, safe, clean, and in an easily accessible location.

Our second stay. Have loved both vacations here. Condo is ideally located on Pensacola Beach, short walk across the street to the beach. Condo is exceptionally clean, nicely decorated. The pool has plenty of lounge chairs and the water was clean. This is a quiet building, no loud parties either time. Property is well-maintained. Babs is the property manager and gives precise instructions for entering the building, the condo, directions, etc.

Awesome location! Host is great and very responsive. Directions and check in was very easy and had zero issues during the entire stay!

Where to start? This VRBO was EXCELLENT! The photos and description do not do the condo justice. 1. Babs was very responsive and kind. 2. fully stocked kitchen for cooking or snacking. 3. fabulous views, easy access to water 4. can I just say THANK YOU for the fans! Fans for each room made this stay even more enjoyable. 5. BONUS; they have beach supplies available for use. 6. always ample parking, felt safe and secure, keyless entry is a plus, plus, plus. 7. early mornings with a cup of coffee on the balcony- PRICELESS. The room is very nice with a fantastic view. Babs was great too! Second year in a row same week and same room. A word of warning. We arrived Saturday July 10th around 10:45 to park, unload, and hit the beach. Mind you it was Blue Angels weekend, a security officer was at the gate and informed us that there was no parking! What? We are staying here, again he stated the lot was full. We were allowed to come in and unload and as I was pulling out to try and find a place to park someone pulled out and we go a spot. Some kind of placard or assigned parking system needs to be done so that those who should be there have a place to park. This will definitely have an impact on future stays. Overall the room is 5 star, we love it! Babs is also 5 star and responds very quickly to any questions.

This condo is just as described with wonderful views and the owner has provided almost everything you could need for a week at the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I haven’t seen mentioned in previous reviews is that the master toilet/shower area is very tight due to the door opening inward. You literally have to stand between the toilet and shower in order to shut the door. A suggestion would be a door that opened out towards the sink or a pocket door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean and updated. The location was very quiet and absolutely beautiful. A quick walk across the street and you are on the beach. Balcony overlooks the bay.

Exactly as advertised! Condo was extremely clean and well-decorated. Complex ideally situated, a quick walk across the street and there's the beach. Very quiet at night. Lovely to sit on the deck and watch sunrise/sunset. Also close to a Tom Thumb convenience store (walkable distance) and Peg Leg Pete's restaurant (next to Tom Thumb). Restaurant very good.

Easy to communicate with Babs, she was super helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location in Pensacola beach. Walkable beach access and view of back water of gulf. Host is nice and was in touch from text messages during our stay. We got apartment very cleaned and appliances are good and in working conditions. My overall experience was awesome in this property and looking forward in future bookings in Pensacola and will suggest to friends if they will plan.
