Our host was very nice and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. The room was large, very quiet and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom has a handheld shower wand in the tub but the wall is slanted and there is a skylight right there so you might flash the neighbors. 😀

we had the family suite, composed of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. the kids bedroom was huge. nice garden around, good continental breakfast. very friendly charming owners.

showering sitting in the bathtub was a bit less practical due to the roof .

Beautiful house only 5 minutes away from Amboise Center. Everything was clean and comfy. Pascale is an amazing host! I'd definitely recommend you to stay there if you are visiting Val de Loire

Bath does not have curtain so could be tricky, but nothing relevant

tub only, no shower

The house was lovely, very nice and quite neighborhood. The owner was really nice and spoke fluent English. Breakfast was superb. The room was really big and comfy.

The bathtub was designed in an odd way. The only way to shower was sitting down in the tub, otherwise if you wanted to stand (and you are shorter than 1.75m) the only place to stand was where there was a window for the neighbors to see you shower.

Bedroom was roomy, clean, sunny, with nice view to the gardens. Good home made breakfast. Delicate decoration. Private parking in the front of the house.

This is not a minus since it depends on the preferences of the guest, but the roomy bathroom has bath tube and not shower. You can enjoy a relaxing bath, but not a quick shower.
