Private pool bed was comfortable. Cleanliness of the facility.

The air conditioner didn't work the couch is worn out and very uncommon comfortable. Sparsely supplied kitchen.

Location was good, not too far from the heart of Sunriver. The place had been nicely updated, especially given what I am guessing was the age of the unit. The kitchen was well appointed as was the bathroom. Shower had great pressure and decent ventilation even without a fan. The unit was clean & decorated nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed. We REALLY appreciated the ceiling fan & 2 additional fans we found in the closet. Not sure we could have survived without them. The bed was comfortable & the sofa bed once opened up wasn't too bad.

The unit was listed as having air conditioning. It should have said it has an air conditioner, but you probably shouldn't count on it. There was no way it would cool that place down, ever. In fact, I think it may have contributed to heating it up. We would leave the windows open all night and get the place as cool as possible, close the windows & blinds by about 6 am (exact timing reason specified below)and turn on the AC and by the end of each day it would be 80 or warmer in the room. My husband found a filter on it the last full day we were there. It looked as though it had never ever been cleaned since installation. He cleaned it, which seemed to improve the volume of air coming through, but still didn't cool the place down. The sofa was one of the most uncomfortable sofas I may have ever sat on. It was a pull out & I think something was broken in the way the sofa was when it was in the sofa position. The front of the cushions sunk down into the front of the sofa in a way that just wasn't right. If you tried laying on it, you would roll forward & off of it. Lastly, the woman who lives below this unit gets up at 6:00 each morning & turns her TV on loud and is apparently the courtyard busy body. She is a nice enough woman, however, starting at about 6:30 each morning she starts opening & slamming her door to run outside & talk (at the top of her lungs) to anyone and everyone who might walk by. Her door closing seems to shake the whole front wall. The windows are single-pane and even once closed you will hear "Gladys" as we decided to name her, talking to anyone and everyone seemingly at the tops of her lungs. The only other issue is the lack of hanging space. There is a closet of half height in the bedroom but, it is full of things for the place & there wasn't really room to hang clothes.
