Good location, but not well cared for

The house has an excellent location and a magnificent view from the rooftop balcony. Beautiful.

The kitchen was dirty and the fridge very smelly. The shower had no hot water - when texting the hosts about this repeatedly, there was no response. Only after threatening to leave and demand the money back they came to fix it.
