Molt agradable

M´ha agradat molt. Ubicació perfecta, i decorat amb molt de gust. Faria falta un poc de manteniment pero supose que per a temporada alta ja ho fan. Haviem quedat a les 14.00 pero no van arrivar fins 14.25

Falta de puntualitat quan teniem una reserva i quasi la perdem

Hanitació cèntrica

L‘habitació està molt ben localitzada i el personal ha estat molt amable.

Anàvem amb un bebè i no és molt còmode per anar amb família, sinó que és molt més recomanable per parella. Pensàvem que seria més gran l’habitació.

Schönes Zimmer mit traumhaften Meerblick.

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Ein Traum. Wir sind auf der Durchreise durch Zufall auf Peñíscola gestoßen und waren schockverliebt, so dass wir uns für eine Übernachtung entschieden haben. Das Zimmer liegt in der wunderschönen Altstadt mit Meeresblick. Es war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es so gut gefallen dass wir eine Nacht verlängert haben. Dafür mussten wir allerdings eine Etage tiefer ziehen. Dieses Zimmer war für eine Nacht okay, aber um Urlaub zu machen nicht geeignet.

Der extrem beißende Geruch von Reinigungsmitteln im Zimmer, der auch durch Lüften nicht beseitigt werden konnte.

Una agridulce cuesta arriba

La habitación era bonita y decorada con gusto, las vistas de una de las ventanas increible porque daba al mar las otras dos pesimas ,ya q si estirabas la mano tocabas al vecino por lo que o estabas a oscuras con todo cerrado para q los vecinos no te vieran o si querías luz te veían todo.

Al alojamiento solo se puede acceder andando y subiendo 400m de unas pronunciadisimas cuestas lo que implica q si vas con maletas la cosa se dificulta mas y al llegar si te dan el piso 2 o 3 la cosa empeora ya q no hay ascensor y las escaleras son estrechas y muy empinadas y subir con la maleta es toda una audisea. No tiene recepción así que antes de subir tantas escaleras y cuestas muy empinadas para acceder al hotel debes pasar por la recepción de otro hotel q está a unos 500m a buscar las llaves y si contratas con desayuno por la mañana deberás volver de nuevo al otro hotel ya q es donde te dan el desayuno por lo que hace q las maravillosas vistas que te ofrece una sola ventada de la habitación no compense. Y si viajas con niños,personas mayores o problemas para caminar o de pulmones sin duda no es tu hotel. El personal seco y poco amable a las 12:10 ya me llamaban y me mandaban whatsap para pedirme q debía abandonar la habitación sin tener en cuenta q debía volver al otro hotel a estregar las llaves. La habitación muy limpia y el baño también,excepto la ducha q está completamente llena de hongos y oxido por toda la mampara y grifos. Ah y mejor servir a través de booking ya q haciéndolo directamente con ellos es aún más caro.

I was thrilled with the location and the standard of the rooms. Very spacious, immaculately clean

This is a room only location. Discount is available at the sister hotel by the beach but there is plenty of choice nearby with a great range of bars and restaurants, more so in the evening.

Not really suitable for very young children or elderly due to the open stairs. They do look amazing though

amazing location and room with poor service

Room was spacious and with nice decor, the view is as amazing as the pics. Location is great, nested among the narrow streets of the old town

check-in staff was not very friendly and didn’t speak English. Walk to the building where the room is located is a steep 5 min walk, not easy with luggage. and no instruction is provided apart from pointing to google maps. There was no toilet paper in the room, we contacted them via Booking with no reply.

A lovely stay

The room is cosy, and offers all you need for your stay: a nice bathroom, a comfortable mattress, and a beautiful view on the sea and the lovely street from both the window and the balconies.

frankly not much

lack of bedding—only one flat long pillow for entire bed, no blanket, no soap or shampoo or conditioner. difficult to find and no parking near the room so had to carry bags for extended time. ferocious shower that soaked the entire bathroom. one tiny window. bed on platform, kept sliding off the side

Superb

The nicest view from the room! Very comfortable, clean room in great location (actually many tourists take picture of the street were the hotel is located). It was also nice to walk in the morning a bit before having breakfast (it is in separate building next to the beach).

Gorgeous stay but confirm check-in instructions

Beautiful room and excellent location, excellent breakfast

The staff really messed up our check-in. Check-in instructions provided via the Booking app told us to pick up the keys in a hotel next door - which is fine. However, after we brought our luggage there, we were told to go back to the other side of the town to another hotel for keys. This wasted about half hour going back and forth, which was right during sunset - best light and views! Argghh. Just a bad customer experience.

This property is an excellent option. Romantic with magic views.

Stunning views from fairytale windows and balconies. The surrounds were beautiful, with flowers dripping from neighbouring properties. To top it off, it was super clean. Add on a great breakfast.

We liked everything, but if you have disabilities or a heavy suitcase, the 3 flights of stairs may be an issue.

Very nicely designed apartment with quality appliances.

Hotel staff was difficult to reach - mind reading the welcome message on Booking.com message center. it has instructions on where to pick up the keys.

Fantastic location, the view from the room is absolutely amazing. And the hotel is located in one of the prettiest alleyways. Highly recommended!! Big breakfast at 6 euro was exceptional.

A bit of noise from the upstairs but it didn't stop me to enjoy this place.

The collection of the keys was a bit complicated as we were given the wrong information about where to collect them.
