I don’t advise anyone with that place Services are awful really it will ruins your trip

swimming pools are ok so if you consider all of the above and you want to drive all that way long for a good swimming pool you can dind it down to your home please go a head

1- they will wast your time in checkin or out, you will wait on entrance until they finish their procedure even if you send the identification earlier and in out your will wait too long until they give the insurance money after deducting “steal” some money 2- the most frustrating thing that will make you out of your mind that electricity will be cutoff because they dont recharge electricity for you in advance ( they can instead recharge and put expense on booking rent directly instead of electricity cut and searching the place to recharge) 3- beatch is not for swimming the water is not good and low your knee and you cant enjoy swimming 4- no buddy will serve you regarding to the previous matter as they don’t know the meaning of customer service. 5- they trying to steal your insurance by telling you in the beginning that they know about some damages however they can deny it at end so take a video in the beginning of everything as evidence. 6-all facilities they promising is not exist starting from the restaurants, club, gym etc just not exists. 7- if you try to complain you will find yourself in middle of nowhere no body care and no body will listen.

The resort facilities are nice, but I would recommend looking for a different chalet to stay in.

The room is close to a pool and the outdoor spaces are very nice. It's a nice community to walk around, there are two playgrounds, and there are many pools. The beach is pretty, just a little dirty but not too bad.

The apartment was not equipped with basic amenities like hand soap, toilet paper, towels, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. The furniture is stained and the kitchen did not feel clean. When we asked the host about the amenities, expecting some would be supplied because so many reviews said the place had great amenities, he just said "no" they are not there. It was also not baby proofed at all, with hanging wires and none of the remotes had covers for the batteries. Check out time as actually 10AM and they came at 9:20AM to tell us we had to be sure to be out by 10AM exactly. There is a reason there are (at the time of writing this review) no pictures of the apartment.

i liked the resort staff and facility

Chalet is in bad condition which is not deserve the money i paid, my comments as follow 1- bad walls painting 2- bed matters are so dirty 3- no clean bed sheet, cover or blanket 4- so old sofa 5- owner didn't charge the electric flow meter or water flow meter which caused to spent from 4:00 am until 1:30 pm 6- garden light bulb broken and we requested many times to repair but no response 7- heater is leaking so we didn't use for showering 8- no proper dishes or tools in kitchen (all are so old plastic dishes) 9- billow so dirty (yellow spots everywhere) without electricity in chalet really bad experience

I demand a full refund as the property was not anything like the advertisement. We hooked a room on HB basis but there was no kitchen or service! The door and balcony door both don't work so we stayed in an open doors unit the while time and no regards to our safter ! Owner didn't bother to get back to us and pools and kids area were all out of order ! What a disgrace and total waste of money !

No view from the room. No service. No safety. !!!

Bad place and doesn't worth it

The place wasn't clean enough and far from the sea and there are many mosquitoes that caused allergies for the kids. The compound does not have any facilities just one pool is at work at this time of the year though it is the mid year vacation and it isn't clean enough and no lights at night in the gardens so you can't have a walk after 5 p.m

A very relaxing environment.

No leisure activities around in this time of the year. Would try in Summer. Water cut was a big problem on one of the days. Admin staff requested 50 EGP for useless wrist bands. But going in and out of the gates is quite easy compared to other places

actually it was good stay regardless of water and electricity incidents

the garden was perfect, the owner was very helpful and there were many restaurants and shops nearby

the main concern was that electricity during the first two days was cut 4 times because of a problem with credit and the water was cut one time and sea wasn’t good

Mr Khaled exceeded our expectations he was responding very fast and solved any problems. The village is quiet and good for Relaxation. We enjoyed our stay there.

The beach is rocky but this didn't bother us.

The best destination for a cool vacation

Everything about the stay was amazing.. Mr. Khaled the owner is one of the most respectful people you could ever get to know.. The place was beautiful.. It was not so busy which gives you the feel of being the owner of the whole place.. No restrictions and nothing is not allowed.. The aqua park was so amusing and the beach was so quite and enjoyable, the private garden is breath taking with the swing and a cool hot drink, and for sure it was value for money.. The overall atmosphere is calming.. This is the place to go if you're looking for a good family vacation at a good place and great people to deal with.. Am making this my place to go whenever I plan to travel to Sokhna..

Value for money

The place is nice for its price. Adequate and full of amenities. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Our clothes were stolen from the garden as they were on the drying rack. The overall community was very poor. Be aware.

it wasn’t clean at all, the shower and bide was broken, the furniture was old and the sleeping covers smell and when you enter the apartment you smell a bad smell

This place you can not give score less than 10 We enjoyed our stay so much Safety ,Privacy, Clean, Beautiful, calm, sea is very clean and clear, some rocks(that normal in most Sokhna beaches) The host is a very gentleman, very helpful

You will get lost if you follow the address on the website it isnt correct do not follow the GPS

The host was really nice and the place was alright but not to our expectations it's alright though kind of I wouldn't advise anyone traveling from abroad to stay here it's not worth it at all.

Where do I start, First and for most please read this warning, THE ADDRESS ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT CORRECT!!!!!! The host like I said is a nice guy really nice guy but he refuses to update the GPS location it isn't correct we lost and tried to look it up the only way we got to the place is by speaking to the host giving us step by step directions I never thought it would be soooo hard to get to our location to be very honest the direction issue messed up our trip all together and it could've been avoidable we got sooo lost plus the area isn't ready for guests right now the only reason we went to the area is to travel somewhere short distance from Cairo but this place was over two and half hours far. Don't stay here not right now maybe in the future and for crying out loud please update your address on the website you can google maps the name of the place isn't of getting lost.
