There was no sugar for coffee, and no oil for cooking.

Posizione, panorama eccezionale, ampio appartamento dotato di tutto, molto accogliente.

Purtroppo i vetri non sono insonorizzati e si sente il traffico della strada ma abbiamo dormito benissimo nella cameretta che è molto silenziosa perché più all interno. Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo, consiglio di soggiornare per più giorni , purtroppo noi ci siamo fermati solo 2 giorni.

The location is excellent and the apartment has a large terrace overlooking the beach and is adjacent to many restaurants. It is very comfortably furnished. The view is excellent watching people on the beach, planes flying in and out of Nice airport and luxury yachts coming and going. Nice, Antibes and Cannes are all in easy reach by bus, train or uber.

A lock box is no substitute for a welcome and there are no instructions inside the appartement, The shower is over the bath and there is no screen or shower curtain so the bathroom soon becomes a wet room with no drain; a rubber mat would also be welcome. There were no kitchen knives although the agent said there were. She came three days later to agree that there were not but none arrived for the rest of our stay. Cooking therefore was impossible but fortunately restaurants were near at hand. The sun loungers do not have cushions and are therefore uncomfortable and hot. WiFi is a little slow for streaming. All of this is meant as constructive criticism and could very easily be rectified and in spite of the minor problems we would highly recommend the property.

Not very clean when we arrived. Basics like extra toilet paper or bed sheets not provided.
