Location. Ideal for 2 people. Guilt free as not taking a family home out of the market. A big window to admire the great views from the property.

Lack of cafetiere

Location excellent, view excellent, very quiet, host called on the landline to check everything was okay, everything we needed in the kitchen was available. WIFI very good, close for a stroll to the pub for a meal, outside space nice, roads in the area good, a tiny bathroom but the shower works very well and is a normal size.

a it more padding in the sofa wouldn't go a miss , but this wasn't much of a problem as I sat on kitchen chair

Fantastic property. By reading some of the reviews beforehand I was a bit anxious that it might be too small. I had nothing to worry about. Plenty of storage room in the bedroom to fully unpack. Kitchen and living area big enough. View from accommodation is amazing, sat there and looked at it for hours, so much going on also with cows, lambs, birds, squirrels, bats etc. would definitely go back.

The location was lovely! So nice to watch the birds flying up and down the river whilst having your breakfast. Perfect retreat for a weekend away.

It is a very small property, but perfectly fine for a weekend away. The local pub ok, but nothing special.

We had a great time at rivers nook. The cottage has everything we needed and the location is superb. I think we will come again in the future.

Fantastic location with great views!

Perfect location with stunning views. Nearest shop was 5 miles away but we were aware of it, and got prepared. The chalet is located near to Bala, we also managed to enjoy the views of the local water falls and lake Vyrnwy 😀

We got to the property in the hottest period - a fan would be useful for the future. We couldn't get one from any Bala shops either - all were sold out.
