Location good, very poor check in and apartment .

Location

Check in was appalling. Had pre arranged meet to enter, no-one was there. Relied on postman to contact someone in block to let us in. He actually thought it was a scam. Didn't speak Spanish was a major problem. Owner managed to understand we were wanting to enter building. Call back from a very rude man who spoke a little English who gave us a code. WHY the owner couldn't have emailed us thus info us ridiculous. Apartment very run down, needs attention. No welcome manual regarding facilities and how to use them. One bath towel each for 10 days. Kitchen utensils lacking and the one knife we did have was broken and dangerous to use. We purchased a bottle opener as there wasn't even one of those..we left that for the next people..

a great location and potentially a good flat to stay in though a few home comforts would make it more welcoming.

Firstly we had our accommodation changed to an alternative smaller flat on the eve of our trip, but the property we had was centrally located and modern.

there was only the basics. a coffee maker but no coffee- a totally empty fridge etc. The second bedroom had no window at all.

Could have better communication

The location was good and convenient.

Communication was poor. There's no detergent to wash up after cooking and no cloth for wiping up purposes.

Pleasant

Location, the person who brought the keys, even though the owner was in the property. The price

Getting access was not pleasant. The furniture electrical good are dated worn and dirty, shower tray and bathroom sink overflow were in need of a good clean

It was well located and confortable.

It was too cold with not good heater. I didn't have a good experience in the communication with the hosters. They expect you to call them 40 min in advance of getting there, and I didn't have acces to phone calls (only watsaps) because I'm not from here. I had to pay a phone call to call them and then they arrived 20 min late to what we arranged.

Happy with the flat and its location. Had happy adventures and would return.

The apartment was very central to everything, just round the corner from Plazas de Flores where there were lots of eateries. Everyone was really friendly and took their time to talk to us.

There was a problem with the key to the front door, which you had to spend time with opening. Really needs changing. Also felt that the transfer was too expensive at 60 euros, when we found out that the taxis had a fixed price of 30 euros.
