Close to boat ramp, San Remo jetty and shops, Churchill Island, Purple Hen winery, bus stops and fishing areas. Only 20 mins drive to Cowes with bay beaches, shops, restaurants and attractions. 5 mins to San Remo with shops, hotel, eateries and famous San Remo Fish and Chips with fresh and cooked seafood. Also many local attractions, nearby. Penguins 15kms, 9Kms to koala park, 21kms to The Nobbies, 9kms to A Maze'NThings *Registered with Bass Coast Shire as Prescribed Accommodation Property Features Ideal family home could suit 2 families. There is a large backyard and garden which is fenced with mesh wire and gate. The home is split level with an upstairs deck with bbq and outdoor setting. The deck has rails and tension wires. Upstairs- 2 bedrooms,4 beds, sleeping up to 6 people. There is an ensuite with shower and also a separate toilet and bathroom. Living area is open plan with lounge, dining area and renovated kitchen. Lounge has reverse cycle a/c/heating as well as a wood burning heater, new digital TV, DVD with blu ray and new cd player with FM radio, usb and SD/MCC slots Downstairs there are 2 single double bunks, sleeping 4, shower, toilet and washing machine *note downstairs accessible via external staircase only.* All bedrooms have a fan and column heater. Older style wooden high chair supplied ( suit 2yrs plus). Large, deep, undercover single carport. No Smoking in house. *Long driveway, gates open to backyard. Easily accommodate car and boat. Bedding and Special Pricing Upstairs -1 bedroom with queen bed, Dacron doona -1 bedroom with double bed bunk and single bunk above. Additional single trundle and mattress, that folds up on legs, Dacron doonas for double bed. Feather/down doona for single beds Downstairs - 1 bedroom with 2 sets of single double bunks ( sleeps 4 ) feather/down doonas. Cotton Blankets and extra woollen blankets also supplied for all beds. Please bring own linen -sheets (top/bottom)pillow cases, towels, bath mat, tea towels. *Pricing subject to change. Confirm pricing with owners re special events, school holidays and public holidays, 25 percent deposit on booking, full payment 1 month before with a $350 bond. Holidaymakers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount that they've paid. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, you'll get back 50%. The house is not flashy but great for a affordable, low-key getaway. We particularly enjoyed the deck with its BBQ and big outdoor table. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and the house is very close to the beach. The beach is perfect for dog walking and would be ideal for small kids. Thanks so much for having us Glenda!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunnybrook. Glenda was a fab host, great communication! This property had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. Well equipped kitchen and comfy lounge area to relax after a full day at Smith's Beach. We had to do a bit of baby proofing but that is generally expected at a rented property...All in all, I highly recommend this property, if you want a no fuss, family friendly holiday. Thanks Glenda.

Glenda was very welcoming , property was well maintained , lots of cuttlery and cooking utensils , comfy beds . Loved the proximity to the beach , lovely little back yard for the dog to run around and a nice little balcony with BBQ . Overall a very nice stay with friends ,older kids enjoyed the separate sleeping space downstairs with own bathroom .

We enjoyed the house, it was perfect for two families. Just a short walk to the beach and 5' drive to Woolamai Surf beach. The shops were very close too. Everything as per the listing. I would stay again.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach allowing for long walks with our dog. We really appreciated having him with us and the upstairs deck that could be secured Made him comfortable. We could walk to the local shops which made the location convenient. Although we didn’t use the backyard the garden was lovely.

Sunnybrook had everything we were looking for. Safe for young children, excellent outdoor areas, quiet street, close to good beaches, plenty of beds for two families and an awesome location. We had a great time! And Glenda was extremely kind and accomodating.

Had a great stay at Sunnybrook, Glenda was great and house was very easy to arrange and stay. House is well equipped and plenty of space, we only needed food and sheets. Enough beds for extended family, we stayed for 10 days and had the best weather! Good yard for the dog and balcony was secure also. Would stay again

This is a well equipped house in a quiet location very close to a beach. We enjoyed soaking up the sunshine on the large front deck and the wood burner heater kept the house cosy on a cool night. Good base from which to explore beautiful Phillip Island.

Had a wonderful weekend away here! The house is very well equipped and catered to every possible need and comfort. Perfect, quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet a very short walk to the lovely beach and shops. Lovely decking area, well equipped kitchen, super comfy beds!! Will definitely be back.

Accommodation was satisfactory for a short 2 night stay however with downstairs living area not having direct access to top floor (except via front door) a longer stay would not be suitable for a large family. Overall all OK and agree with all other previous review comments. The nearby Kebab shop sells freshly made donuts to die for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Brook. Kids (7 and 4 yrs old) and dog enjoyed the stay too! House is close to child friendly beach which allowed dogs on leash certain times of day during Summer (and many dogs seen off leash too:-)).

We had a wonderful week at Sunnybrook. It has everything you would need in a holiday house and more! It's very well equipped for young children and the kitchen is very well appointed: I even found a garlic press! The house is close to the beach and a short drive to any attractions on the island. Our pooch enjoyed her stay too and happily stayed on the secure verandah where she could see her family. Thanks alot Glenda for a great week away.
