La doccia era congelata per via di un guasto allo scaldabagno. É venuta la madre della ragazza che gestisce l’appartamento che ha costatato con me il malfunzionamento ma quando ho richiesto, come credo fosse dovuto, un rimborso parziale della struttura mi é stato detto che sono stato io a svuotare lo scaldabagno per intero (cosa impossibile dato che gli altri rubinetti della casa avevano l’acqua calda) per richiedere il rimborso. Sono un professionista e mi trovavo a Martina Franca per lavoro, mai mi sarei aspettato un trattamento del genere: due giorni di docce fredde e anche insultato e offeso personalmente. Inoltre la climatizzazione dell’appartamento é penosa. C’é un climatizzatore coperto in parte da un armadio fa accumulare l’aria calda, cosa che fa staccare il clima perché il termostato percepisce di essere arrivato a temperatura. Non fatevi ingannare dall’arredamento scenico.

Very central location, close to a large car park. Lovely characterful historic apartment in good conditions although a little humid, very friendly and helpful host.

Nice staff, tell us important information about the city. Apartment really cool and cozy. Everything is clean and had all we needed.

The studio flat is very cute, all in set in stone, very clean. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Martina Franca. The host kept in touch with us prior our arrival via messages.

Unfortunately the house has a humidity issue, I guess it’s the nature of the house since it’s all in stone. But it was a bit uncomfortable and the sheets and the pillow felt dumped.
