Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, Parkplätze waren in einem Nebengebäude vorhanden, Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und lecker.

Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer unter dem Dach mit kleinen Dachfenstern) war leider ziemlich dunkel ((( Es wäre schön, wenn mehr Lichtquellen vorhanden wären :-)

Falls short in expectations. Dont trust pictures

Location was fair. Thats the only upside of this place

Room didnt look like the pictures. The toilet was horrible and the door lock would constantly lock you in. One couldnt take a shower without making the whole floor wet due to poor shower design. The acoustic isolation was terrible. We could constantly hear our neighbour guests talking and anyone who would enter a neighboring room would sound likle they were actually walking in our room. Wouldnt recommend this place

Nice place to stay and in the middle of the shopping places.

Very nice room comfortable bed, we didnt have breakfast but we went for dinner in the Restaurant if you like beef you must try the steak, it was so tender and lovely. One of the best steaks i ever had.

Parking is ca. 200 m away a public park house. It belongs to a shopping mall and is 15,00 per night.

Good location, but parking is an issue

Hotel location is very good, right in the center of La Vella, walking distance to main Andorra shopping area as well as the old part of the town with restaurants and bars. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

I have booked the hotel looking at location and the fact (as stated on booking.com) there is a private parking. When we arrived it appeared that the hotel parking is very small thus most of the guests are directed to a shopping mall parking some 100 meeters from the hotel. The inconvenience was that we had to carry our bags (we had a few) through a crowded large shop and along the street. In addition, I wanted to pick up the car from the shopping mall parking in the morning, before shops opened which turned not to be easy. Automatic payment machine did not work and there was no person in the parking kiosk. It took me some 30 minutes to run around and find a person with whom I could pay and leave with the car. I think this hotel should not be advertised on booking.com as providing private parking.

We arrived slightly early but the lovely lady on the desk told us our room and car parking space were ready . clean room with a fridge great location very Quiet good air-con.

Maybe add tea & coffee / kettle in the room us Brits love our tea & coffee. Ps it’s wasn’t a problem for us we had our own 👍.

Very good

The location is great! We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant was quite busy and the food looked good. With the windows closed you don't hear any noise from outside, our bedroom had a side view to the streets.

Parking is available, however its paid, and you need to reserve it. It cost 20 euro when we stayed. As the parking was already full when we arrived, we were told to park in the shopping mall, 5 minutes from the hotel, for the same price. The inconvenience is that, if you park at the mall, every time you leave, you need to pay.

Good value stay in a central location

Staying on a Sunday night we got a good deal on the room which was very comfortable and althjght the hotel is older they have done their best to ensure it is well maintained. Power points next to both sides of the bed, hooks for your things in the bathroom and a little fridge were all appreciated. The reception staff were lovely, and the adjoining restaurant was quite popular and looked very nice, although we didn't have a chance to try it.

Only issue was that checkout was by noon and twice between 10-10.30 the housekeeping staff came into our room. They should know if someone has checked out or not.

We had a really good impression of the hotel. It is very cosy with extremely helpful staff. The location is comfortable to reach all the ski resorts in 30 minutes by bus. Thank you for the cleaners of our room to keep it so clean.

The location is super central in Andorra La Vella. The hotel is clean the restaurant is outstanding and the breakfast delicious.

Its a dog friendly place, which comes with all its pros and cons

Room was excelent amd the staff very friendly Location was great near to Andorra La Vella centre shoppimg about walk 7-min Breakfast -we serve and try breakfast and was amazing and delicious about 25€ /2 persons

The parking was little bit expensive for 1 week.We pay like 18.50€ day

Couple - 1 night - January 2023

Good size comfy room & bed, all very clean, super location. Friendly and helpful staff. Hot shower, which had excellent water pressure.

Wifi very, very poor - barely worked and when it did, it was just super slow. Minor things: Room was cold when we entered but we checked in early and we could regulate the thermostat. Missing a mat to put our wet snowy shoes when entering the room.
