Was handy to the city
We parked in the basement but was told to ring reception to get lift access, phone in room didnt work. Had to go to reception each time, Should be linked to swipe card, shower over bath, bath was cracked, toilet sides we dirty, used the iron but it leaked all over the bench, the kitchen tape was loose and moved as you went to use it. This room shouldnt really of been used for guests

It was nice to have the option of eating/ snacking and relaxing in the room on the couch. The bed was comfortable,
The room and especially the bath was a little tired and could need some attention. I went to make myself a cup of coffee but the cup was very dirty which the cleaner changed straight away, some of the utensils probably need replacing.

Location is great, just a couple of blocks from the harbour, restaurants, and bars, as well as other sightseeing options. Room was huge, I didn't expect accommodations with separate bedroom and kitchen. I even had look at the tower from bed and balcony. Washer/dryer in the bathroom as well although a little old.
I didn't eat breakfast there because the price was a little high.

The bed, balcony….
Dirty shower and shower curtain. The door in between bedrooms that can be opened from either side…. Definitely sketchy! $5 if you drink a $1 bottle of water, so $10 for 2 small bottles! The bond takes over a week to get back to you!

The property was clean and the staff were very helpful especially Vikas he went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The bath and shower faculties were rusty with holes in them, the sprinkler system that would be used in the event of a fire was rusted and looked as is it wouldn't work. This was a safety concern given the fire and the deaths in New Zealand recently.

good location, very close to the centre of the city. clean and comfortable room.
understandably because it is in the city, can be a little noisy, but nothing to keep you up at night!

Great location
The lino in the bathroom was significantly peeling away from the bath revealing old tiles which which was very confronting especially for a 4 star hotel, it was peeling at two different locations. The room had a very strong smell of Chlorine when we entered

Short walking distance to Waterfront, restaurants and bars. Staff were warm and welcoming. Great little Japanese restaurant next door.
Pool area was a little outdated.
