Room was well appointed with every detail thought of.
Bed was a super king but had a definite hump in middle and hole on each side of the bed. They needed replacing, even with the added layering of comfort placed on top of the mattress it didn't hide the fact that they were past there best.

Very well appointed, self contained, spacious apartment within walking distance to central Queenstown and Queenstown Gardens. Our apartment had elevated good views in the direction of the lake.
Nothing.

Its very close to town. Very friendly staff. The housekeepers cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels everyday without asking for it. It was just nice to come inside a clean room everytimeđ
Nothing.

Staff, cleanliness & nothing was too big of an ask attitude!
Not being advised of roadworks outside our room all night prior. And the inability to have an adjoining room as requested due to chil arrangements. However understand they were very busy.

The security was great, the location was great and it felt safe being there. The visual of the building was nice
There was noises that sounded like loud trucks through the wall all night, when you travel 10 hours by car and get less than 3 hours sleep because of the continuous noise throughout the night it is disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable and hard.

Great location, with free on-site parking. Amazing water pressure and nice toiletries in bathroom., Good heating, average kitchen facilities. Daily housekeeping with tea, coffeee, milk replenished. Friendly staff. Fairly comfortable room. Nice soft pillows.
Not the most comfortable bed. Some of the kitchenware was dirty on arrival. Fairly quiet rooms, however one night of little sleep due to loud room above us. A little overpriced in comparison to where we've stayed in queenstown previously.

Location only a few minutes walk to central Queenstown. Undercover parking free, dining was fantastic, breakfast was included which was amazing, beds were extremely comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Sauna and hot tub are also lovely. Will be back for sure. Thank you.
We did book for a lake view and got a mountain view. However, the rooms were getting upgraded. We ended up in an upgraded room, which was very well done.

This was a last-minute booking for the night (6:30pm) due to our booked accommodation being cancelled. We stumbled across Scenic Suites and were so happy that we did.
We did not eat there because the meals were quite expensive.

Room facilities were good .
Room 901 has problem with vibration in the wall that sounds intermittently like a truck idling outside but it is not . would be a problem for light sleepers

We had a beautiful room, it was recently upgraded, very nice and spacious.
Nothing everything was great.

Handy location to town, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and comfortable room that had been recently upgraded
Bed was on the small side for a double and too soft (personal preference), external heatpump unit vibrated into room/loud operating noise every 5-10minutes when trying to keep room warm overnight, so had to keep it switched off (the internal unit was quiet) in order to get sleep, but room stayed warm enough (it was a cold weekend/early winter)

The location was good.
The area that we were accommodated in was undergoing renovations and was somewhat grubby.

The rooms were very nice Was very comfortable enjoyed the room
Got in about 8 o'clock went down to the restaurant for tea was 11 us having tea were informed after getting drinks that we weren't allowed to eat there as it was too close to 9 o'clock (8:45) eventually after discussions with the manager we were allowed to order but bar meals only, as there was nowhere else in Queenstown we could eat at that time of night was very frustrating

The most exceptional thing during our stay was when the morning we are about leaving for airport, the taxi came with a smaller size than we reserved which canât take 4 people with luggages, there was no time for call another one, the hotel night manager Aditya Randive offered us a complimentary ride use his personal vehicle , thus we made airport on time with extra time, we are very pleased to have him helped and so appreciated that. we would give him 5 stars.
room is not very clean especially the floor carpet has been too old to clean.
