It is well located, very good value for money, staff can’t be more helpful, room was clean and well air conditioned. Close to restaurants and seafront.

The owner is fabulous - very helpful. I had a balcony room and it was lovely to be able to sit outside at the end of the day. The showers are fabulous! Lots of hot water. A sufficient number of hangers.
The rooms are pretty small. I would have liked a little more room. Originally it was to be me and my husband but he couldn't make it - it would have been way too small for the two of us.

The rooms are extremely clean, with great air conditioning and and the location is amazing,
amazing terrace to sit outside and just five minutes
from the beach.
The staff is incredibly friendly and
helpful and there was no issue that they couldn’t solve.

this little hotel is amazing family own friendly and clean, was very convenient for me and my Dughter to travel around as it is 5 mints walk from Train Station and supermarket, restaurants bars … 300 M from the beach

My room was a perfect size for 1-2 people and it was clean. The breakfast was good with many options. The hotel is also only 5 minutes from the beach and I had bit a ocean view
Everything was fine for me. The shower drain was slightly clogged

7 minutes away from the beach, public transport is close by, the train works till midnight, the beach in villefranche is much nicer though but its also very accessible by train

The staff were very polite and professional, and everything else was as it stated on booking.com.

Location was good and the staff was very helpful.
- bathroom was very small, barely any space to move
- no safe in the room
- no fridge in the room (but we knew in advance), however would have been quite helpful for a beach place
- limited breakfast options for the asked price
- perfume smell at the entrance quite strong

Very cozy structure. Nice patio area.
Nothing that really deserves any complains, I would suggest some less parfume on the stairs, and some electric plug at the bed side table.
