Großartiger Wellnessbereich mit Alpenblick!

Beeindruckende Anlage. Groß und doch sehr gemütlich. Der Wellness-Bereich war großartig !!! Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Wir haben ein sehr kleines Zimmer mit Blick auf Parkgarage erhalten, obwohl das Hotel bei weitem nicht ausgebucht war. Vom Hotel aus war kein Wanderweg zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das ich - von einigen Ausnahmen abgesehen- gerne empfehlen kann.

Das Galadinner am ersten Abend war sehr gut. Der Service im Barbereich war äusserst zuvorkommend. Meinen Geburtstag hat man diskret, aber sehr nett inszeniert. Die persönliche Gratulation durch den Hotelchef empfand ist als wertschätzend. Überall im Hotel spürt man die Liebe zum Detail.

Das Frühstück war Durchschnitt (Kaffee und Aufschnitt könnten von besserer Qualität sein, Obst wurde nur in abgezählten Mengen angeboten, Brötchen waren um 8h schon nicht mehr knusprig). Warum kann man den Kaffee nicht selber holen? So ist man immer auf das Wohlwollen der Kellner angewiesen. Die feste Vergabe von Sitzplätzen im Restaurant ist recht altmodisch- vor allem das handling durch das Personal war teilweise wenig professionell. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer 33 war in keinem gutem Zustand ( vor allem die Sitzgelegenheiten wiesen deutliche Beschädigungen auf). Die Hundefreundlichkeit war am ersten Tag gut. Danach wurde ich nicht mehr gefragt, ob ich meinen Hund zum Nachtessen mitbringen möchte.

Die Bitte um einen späteren Checkout wurde kategorisch abgelehnt, obwohl das Hotel halbleer war.

We were happy to stay in this resort, evey simple details were perfect and I’ll stay in this resort next year again and

• The furnitures are new, luxury, and having unique style! • The view is amazing! 🔥 • The restaurants are the best. • The staff doing very well, specially: lokas from the reception, and the restaurant manger who is serving people all the day.

• The tour wasn’t covered everything. • We asked them to charge the car while we checked in, but they didn’t. • No one is replying to us from the reception when we called them through the telephone. • the dinner closed so early (8:30p.m.) • limited breakfast menu.

Probably the best resort in Austria

together with Interalpen probably the best mountain resorts in Austria. Great modern alpine style rooms and hotel interior, stunning restaurant with great food and wine quality. excellent spa and pools. This all in a warm and welcoming setting with great staff

Outstanding wellness area and food quality. Awesome bar with life music. Entire Hotel appears to be newly decorated and delivers a super authentic alpine stale ambience with a touch of British country homes.

Actually it was all great but only minor things not truly worth to mention. The gym equipment is not meeting our (high..) standards however we were aware of that because we read that on the website and on reviews.

Comfortable luxury perfect for living your spa era fantasy. You will not go hungry.

The breakfast was amazing. They had an excellent buffet available with products from local farms like meats and cheeses. There was a juice room where you could make your own fresh pressed juice. A huge bread bar with jams, butter, and a slab of honeycomb you can cut right into. Staff served eggs and other basic breakfast dishes to order along with tea and coffee. The breakfast room was bright and airy and the perfect place to start the day. The spa was also amazing. There were so many different spa areas, some nude, some not. It was a very nice balance depending on what type of spa experience you were looking for. They offered us welcome drinks with some finger snacks. Tea and cake hour in the midafternoon. We received a thank you bag with goodies upon our departure. The dinner was really excellent and they also had a delicious and intentional vegetarian menu. One of my favorite things was watching the sunset over the gorgeous snow covered mountains while relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. It was a truly memorable experience. Oh and dogs are welcome.

The hotel is shaped like a long narrow crescent and there are different elevators to get to different areas of the resort. So it was a bit confusing at times. But what I didn't like the most is that I didn't book a longer stay.

Looks great but a few problems.

Beautifully designed and set out. Fantastic spa. A couple of great restaurant staff. Rooms and bathrooms lovely.

Reception staff on both visits unfriendly, efficient and not welcoming. The room was so hot, and we couldn't work out how to cool it except for opening the window whilst snowing. There was an underdesk light we couldn't work out how to turn it off. Not a good night's sleep.

amazing facility. indoor and outdoor has a superb charm. it’s all quite luxurious. the evening meals were of michelin star quality! hats off to the kitchen. the staff was the most charming and friendly we have met thus far in any Hotel.

room cleaning was very bad. even some 3 star hotels have cleaner rooms. the restaurant was not too clean either. dirt everywhere. what’s more is the baked goods were never fresh. that’s 0 stars.

Very good

Unfortunately, the quality of the kitchen is no longer as it used to be. It's still OK but of rather average quality and not outstanding any longer. The beautiful outdoor sport pool has not been repaired yet.

It's hard to critique. I suppose if some of the spa facilities were open later it would be nice to dip in the hot tub after dinner. But this was truly a luxury stay and I would love to return.

The hotel itself os amazing

Character, design, location, the spa & the food.

Lack of 5 star experienced staff. Inconsistent quality of service. Lack of sound proofing between rooms - we could hear footsteps and talking jn the room above us all night for our full stay. Hard mattresses and bedsheets like sandpaper. Two single beds pushed together leaving a metal bar in the middle. A deluxe double or emperor sized bed would have been better value for money in our wellness suite.

atmosphere, staff friendliness, nice location

Noisy during 13-15hrs because of the cleaning lady Spa massage was super poor. We had 2 massages (my husband and I) and the level of quality was very poor (no finesse to work on muscles, lack of basic understanding on how to do an aromatherapy quality massage, room was quite cold, full lights on etc.

BEAUTIFUL HIDEAWAY IN THE AUSTRIAN ALPS

The activities, food and location are great. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed and have fabelous views of the village and the mountains beyond.

Service is changable, not always friendly or knowlegable though The SPA staff, both reception and therapists are fantastic.
