La posizione e' eccezionale e l'hotel mantiene nell'arredamento il fascino dell'Andalusia di una volta.
La stanza ed il bagno erano molto curati e confortevoli.
La colazione è stata sufficente ma può essere migliorata.

Helpful friendly staff at desk and breakfast room. Provided bread for my gluten free breakfast discreetly and well so I didn't feel awkward. Plenty of food at breakfast.. fresh cheeses, meats, bread, jams and cereals, juices, teas and coffees. Nice seating areas around hotel where we were able to sit with a drink and play games. Lift for accessibility when we arrived and left with heavy suitcases was helpful. Staff locked our cases away on last day off stay so that we could collect them when we were ready to leave für next destination. Seating area and little kitchen in bedrooms was nice. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel wasn't noisy.. but it was in a fantastic position for accessing all the sites. Teterias literally just across the road, market area and cathedral close as was the Alhambra.
Not much.. maybe offer of gluten free cereal as well as bread would be nice. Oh and a better light on the roof area.. so you didn't risk being locked out!! Otherwise all great.

Hotel centralissimo a Granada. Staff super gentile, avendo dato tutte le indicazioni anche sul come arrivare e sul parcheggio.
Camera comoda, spaziosa, bagno ampio, silenziosa con controfinestra. Camera con affaccio su strada con portafinestra piano alto da cui si vedeva L'Alhambra.
Colazione semplice ma varia con dolce e salato, frutta. Ottimo per spostarsi a piedi.

El hotel está muy cerca de todo para visitar.
La habitación es excelente: amplio, limpio y tranquilo con diseño antiguo, me gusta mucho.
Incluso hay 2 lavamanos.
La habitación es con aire acondicionado. Aunque en el tiempo frío no se siente frío.
Los personales son muy amables.
Sería bueno si haya hervidor para agua cliente en la habitación especialmente en el tiempo frío.
No hay muchas opciones en desayuno (pero suficiente creo) y no hay mucho espacio para tomar cuando hay muchos huéspedes.

Die Lage ist perfekt für die Besuche aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Lift ist zu alt. Einmal ist Lift stehengeblieben. Es hat Gottseidank nicht lange gedauert, bis wir aus dem Lift befreit wurden.

Beautiful traditional Andalusian place. Simple but welcoming and comfortable, exactly what we were looking for. Easy to walk to the Alhambra, el Albaicín and the Cathedral. Will stay there again!

The location is perfect to walk around Granada and to go and visit Alhambra Palace. The room has been super clean and the authentic design of the hotel was definitely charming. The breakfast has tasty options and a good coffee. The staff at the reception has been extremely nice and helpful during our stay. If we would travel again to Granada we would definitely consider this place to stay again.

Room very quiet despite central location, area great easy to get everywhere. Room clean , quirky and authentic features . Really great value and comfortable.
Breakfast was bland , coffee machine drinks were cold , cafeteria would be better . Fresh croissants would be nice and fresh bread . Tomatoes with the cheese and meat would be good too and some nicer fresh fruit to add a bit of colour . Yogurt flavours were dull too , as were the jams.
Disappointed the lovely courtyard open in summer could not be seen when sat inside having breakfast, due to the strange blocked out glass effect !

No change of rooms given when asked. Staff are not flexible. Not able to appreciate travellers concerns.

Staff was great and friendly. Hotel is cozy, with a pretty internal patio, and our small balcony on the street had a nice view over a lively neighbourhood. Breakfast was good value and convenient.
Generally quiet but the only minor downside was that the inside of the hotel became a little noisy after 7:30am as guests were waking up. It affected me more because I was already jetlagged; I'd bet some people could just as easily sleep through it.

Great location, a last minute booking for us, perfectly placed in the middle of the city, but very quiet, we had the suite on the 4th floor, what a beautiful surprise 2 terraces with a view of the Alhambra!!! Great continental breakfast, Great value for money, we will return for a long weekend in Granada. The courtyard setting for breakfast was also very tranquil.
Nothing, however i wonder if the there is the offer of a warm breakfast in the winter maybe even just porridge, I will have to return to check this out

fantastic central location but actually a peaceful little oasis. the hotel have retained it’s original character and the rooms overlooking the courtyard are spacious and quiet.
