Génial 😍

L’hôtel est très joli - Les piscines sont top avec une chauffée et les équipements parfaits. Le restaurant est plus que convenable et la nourriture variée - Le personnel est très sympathique.et bienveillant.

Les touristes qui ne respectent rien et laissent leur déchets partout surtout autour de leur transats. Félicitations au personnel pour leur calme et leur pédagogie….

Джакузи около бассейна. Это норм. Один бассейн подогреваемый, второй обычный. Мороженое в ресторане... Спасибо Сладже на ресепшн и Лилии и молодым ребятам с ресторана!

Персонал не очень добродушный, за исключением вышеперечисленных людей. Я сделал небольшой обзор отеля.. 8 мая, в интервале с утра и до обеда, я фотографировал переднюю часть отеля. Девушкам на ресепшене это очень не понравилось, я предложил ещё раз сделать кадр, есть не хотят чтоб они попали в объектив. Я удалил первый дубль и сделал повторный кадр, но уже без их лиц, но они все равно были очень недовольны и разговаривали очень Недружелюбно. Злость чувствовалось с их стороны. Напротив ресепшена сидел мужчина (худенький, пожилых лет),, то ли представитель отель, то ли продаёт какие-то услуги туристам.... Так он тоже подошёл ко мне и начал по хамски разговаривать, хотя я его даже близко не снимал на камеру... Всего один бар, который вроде стоит рядом с бассейном, но нельзя туда подходить босыми ногами и мокрым!@@@!!!!!! Зачем тогда бассейн у бара!!??? За пластиковый стакан берут 1 евро, потом возвращают когда сдаёшь стакан (🙂🙂🙂🙂), только я купался в бассейне и потом не обнаружил у себя на столе стакан.... В номере сломанная кровать, на это никто не отреагировал. Вроде убирают номер, но никто не подметает и не моет полы... Ужас!!!!!

This is my second time staying here and once again, loved it. We stayed in a one bed apartment which was perfect for us. There were 4 of us. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned every day. The entire complex was very clean also. There are two pools, a jacuzzi and a kids pool. One of the pools was heated and was lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun loungers. We were self catering but paid for lunch in the restaurant downstairs one of the days. Plenty of selection and the food was lovely. 2 minute walk to the Superdino on the corner. Really handy location for las vistas beach, the safari centre (fountain) and Veronica’s.

The shower tray is very flat and as a result the bathroom floods quite easily while showering.

Very comfortable and hygienic nice facilities

It was newly refurbished and very clean and frosh the only thing I would say wasn’t good was the sensor light in the bathroom you end up having a shower in the dark until it comes back on doesn’t give you enough time .

Good value for money. Rooms are starting to deteriorate from age.

Very clean and the staff are very welcoming! Ac works well. The location is very good!

Currently going through a renovation on the 1st floor so if you’re on the 2nd expect to be woken up early with the sound of drills. Shower head was broken, they have updated the key system so it’s a struggle to open your room door.

I Apart from all the Disabled Buggy points being removed always enjoy my stays @ the Columbus Hotel.

Been before many times & find all the staff Excellent

The need to inform Disabled Buggy users like myself that there may not be enough charging points if hotel is going to be busy.@ peak holiday times (One Official Charging Point is not enough) to make hotel Disabled Friendly. I realise & have experienced that up to 2023 that people * who were not registered at the Columbus Hotel * were using the Charging Facilities.Would suggest proof of being a Disabled Guest @ the hotel be*Issued*.

Needs a complete overhaul.

Pools are simple, cold and warm water, jacuzzi. The location is central.

The cleaning of the room does not qualify. A lot of dirt. Many times missed cleaning. Meals very little and unvaried, everything is the same. In another hotel the food is much better

Always a pleasure to stay and right in the heart of things

Stayed several times at the Columbus now and never ever had an issue with anything only ever stay in the studio bit so spacious and always really clean

Cleaners are quite loud early which doesn’t really affect me as I wear ear plugs but my husband often comments but definitely no reason not to stay

Good fresh decor but expensive.

Modern , fresh, good facilities, cleaners every day of my stay. Good location , walkable to facilities & beach.

Work being done in Hotel , drilling/ grinding started 10.30am until afternoon , WASNT made aware of this. But more expensive than some near by.

Good standard

I have been here 5 times, and the location is spot on for a nice 10 min slow walk to the beach and near to everything. Staff friendly and helpful. Pools are great. It's not the ritz but a good standard place for the budget traveller. Rooms are good size and clean.

Noise from street outside goes late into night if you stay in apartment on outer part of hotel.

Not the best experience.

The food and facilities were good. Good location, close to the beach.

Some staff members were unfriendly, and the entertainer was absolutely rubbish and unprofessional. The timetable was always messed up, and we never knew what was going on. We were waiting for some games, but we're told that we missed that or it was canceled because of a lack of people. The enthusiasm of entertainers was equal to zero. There wasn't any soap in the bathroom until we asked for it. But you can hire an iron for €15 which is ridiculous.

Siamo ritornati per la.seconda volta e rispetto all anno scorso ho trovato la ristorazione oltre le.aspettative, sia per qualità che varietà, davvero tanta scelta sia di carne che di pesce. Forse cambiato cuoco e comunque sono rimasta stupita piacevolmente.. Posizione buona sia per vicinanza locali supermercati e fermata dei bus e taxi sotto hotel. Camere con arredi da rimodernare, ma spaziose e bel.balcone all'ultimo piano come richiesto. Materassi comodi, doccia maxi per due. Pulizia tutti i giorni e cambio asciugamani. Personale cordiale alla reception e parlante italiano

A great stay at the Hotel Columbus again

Staff were friendly and approachable. The room was cleaned and towels provided every day. Food and drinks of all kinds readily available at all times so no chance of hunger or thirst at this hotel.

Check-in could be quicker, there is usually only one receptionist on duty at any given time and if you get a lot of people arriving to check in it can take a long time. Main meals were an excellent selection but breakfast can be improved upon as the self service food could be cold so I just had toast most mornings. The bacon is not really worth being put out because nobody likes it (the people that I did ask).

Fantastic hotel catering to a large group.

Excellent facilities, staff super friendly and helpful, entertainment during the day was great and everywhere was clean and tidy. Also excellent location to be close to nightlife but not disturbed during the night.

El trato del personal

Poca limpieza, sospechamos que las camas tenían pulgas ya que nos picaron por todo el cuerpo, la estancia por las noches además de los gritos de la gente en balcones y música alta hasta horas bastante tarde de la noche nos impedían dormir, el aire acondicionado fuimos 4 veces a reclamar ya que estaba estropeado y nos tuvimos que ir y aún fallaba…

A nice hotel in a (very!) central location

Have stayed at Columbus more than 10 times over the last 30 years and ALWAYS enjoyed my stay,- no doubt about that! Didn't get one of my "favourite" rooms this time (as per request), but understand that they might not have been available upon my arrival. Anyway, I was still happy to get a room in the aft building with a great view from the balcony towards south/west. The hotel is in a very central location and just a short stroll to the beach, many shops and bars (with rock bands).

E.g. lettuce/salad should be cut in smaller pieces, and most evenings the soup was very thick,- and barely luke warm. Besides a smile from the restaurant staff is always most appreciated! ( Ps. Hoping some of them get the "hint" as well...) Otherwise,- if a show (or bingo) is scheduled to 21.30 it should start no later than 2135..!! And by the way, there was indeed some rather strange shows (which did not seem to appeal to anyone). Just wondering what's "wrong" with an ordinary bingo line by line .?!!

Insonorisation inexistante de le la baie vitrée et de la porte de la chambre. Sachant que l’emplacement est très festif meme la nuit. Beaucoup trop de bruit venant de dehors et de l’étage jusqu’à 3 h du matin.. Beaucoup de bruit autour de la piscine musique type club tres fort le matin. Public anglais alcoolisé à partir de 10hoo du matin. Pas zen

Luggage room for after you check out. Rooms look like the pictures.

Key card stopped working multiple times throughout our stay & getting it sorted was long. Sun loungers by the pool are always packed. Walls are very thin, could hear other people shouting throughout the night to very early morning. Legit sounds like they're in your room. Staff are rude and skeptical if you're a guest and will not treat you nicely.

It was clean and the staff where very friendly

The food was awful. The bed and pillow was really hard. The cleaners were very noisy in a morning plus people allowing children to run up and down the corridors.

Prima locatie, wel zeer gehorige accommodatie

De ruimte in de kamer en de locatie

Erg rumoerig met veel jongeren en vrijgezellengroepen tot na 24.00 uur terwijl in beschrijving staat na 22.00 stil. Dat was niet het geval. Door ligging aan zwembadzijde en boven de bar veel geluidsoverlast. Onze kamer 519 lag vlak naast personeelslift waar om 07.00 uur al flink gebruik van werd gemaakt, liftdeur maakte hoop kabaal. De plastic stoelen buiten werden om 7.00 uur ook op hun plek teruggezet met de nodige herrie van het verschuiven van dien. Schoonmaak in kamer liet ook te wensen over. Amper geveegd, veel stof, te weinig handdoeken gekregen, zelfs keer onze kamer overgeslagen met schoonmaak. Badkamer lichtsensor kapot is tijdens ons verblijf niet gemaakt ondanks het doorgeven. Erg jammer het is een prachtig complex maar door de vele andere schreeuwende en zuipende, dronken en a- sociale gasten zullen wij hier niet snel meer terug keren. Als je dan bijna 5 weken lang bovenstaande meemaakt heeft dat enorme invloed op je eigen vakantie

Fin leilighet, men altfor mye støy.

Fint bad med stor dusj, stor balkong og grei utsikt.Fin størrelse på leiligheten. Vi hadde utsikt mot bassenget og fotballstadion. To av damene i resepsjonen var hjelpsomme og hyggelige.

Altfor mye og alfor høy "dunkemusikk" på dagtid. Kunne nesten ikke bruke balkongen på dagtid pga dette. Mye renoveringsstøy. Mye støy i korridorene på nattetid (bråkete engelskmenn). Merkelig at det ikke blir tatt litt hensyn til at det bor mange godt voksne på hotellet også, som kanskje ikke ønsker høy musikk nesten hele dagen. Har bodd mange ganger på dette hotellet, men tidligere var det mye roligere på dagtid og vi trivdes veldig godt der tidligere. Madrassen var veldig skitten! En av resepsjonistene så ut som ut som hen ikke trivdes på jobb og var lite imøtekommende.
