Crystal Bridges Museum is a short 15 minute walk away! Studio A is located above our detached garage. Private entry and parking. Kitchen features induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. Please note that the HVAC unit is a Mini Split Unit, while very efficient for heating and cooling, you will hear the unit when the fan is on. Comparable volume of an operating refrigerator. Please note that Bentonville is a growing community and at time there will be construction and construction noise in the area .

Every amenity in this beautiful private apartment just blocks off the Bentonville Square. We were in town for a wedding held just off the square and enjoyed breakfast and dinner at nearby restaurants. Crystal Bridges is a short distance from apartment, as well as the Museum of Native American History close to the Square should not be missed. If you are searching for something more than just a hotel room, this is it! We look forward to return visits to this spacious apartment in an ideal location in one of our favorite Arkansas towns.

Host was very gracious, and location was a perfect way to get to know Bentonville. Very walkable to all the area restaurants and shopping. Biking/hiking paths were easy to get to, as was as the Crystal Bridges Museum. The property is gorgeous, and we greatly enjoyed happy hours on the beautiful patio. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Easy to walk and bike to just about everything in Bentonville. Was really nice to walk to The Momentary for the live music and art there and to Bentonville Square for brunch and the farmers market. A fantastic place to lay your head in the middle of it all!

An above garage property that feels like your own loft/apartment/suite. Clean, stocked, well taken care of, and ridiculously comfortable all around. You're a block away from being on the square, walking distance to prime restaurants, bars, and attractions. If your goal is walking to shop, eat or drink, you could not pick a better spot. And it's minutes away from attractions in-town and in Rogers if you're concerned about the distance for driving. It's a prime destination to getaway if you want to see, explore and enjoy Bentonville, Rogers and the surrounding areas. The owners are warm, kind, and welcoming. Offering amenities with your stay you don't find in comparable hotels and rentals. Their entire property is gorgeous, the location is just off the square but nestled perfectly to give you a quiet escape from it all at the end of your day or night as well. If you're questioning where to stay for a trip to this area, look no further.

Staying here was absolutely incredible! First off, this place is so cute and comfortable! You definitely feel right at home. Plus you can't beat the location! You can walk to the square, the razorback greenway, Compton Gardens, etc within minutes. Clay & Carrie even include activity and restaurant recommendations. They are very sweet hosts and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

We were looking for a couple days of quiet relaxation--and we found it. The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet, yet conveniently located to the central square. We relaxed, slept great, visited the Crystal Bridges Museum, ate well and had a great time. Clay was super helpful as well. Highly recommended.

Carrie and Clay were wonderful hosts—excellent communication and so professional. The apartment was gorgeous—beautifully decorated with every possible amenity. We loved using the toaster oven and microwave to heat up the food we had brought—and the coffee was delicious in the morning. The apartment was within two blocks of the square and a only a fifteen minute walk to Crystal Bridges! A perfect location for a romantic weekend! We will return!

We so enjoyed our trip to Bentonville particularly due to staying in this cozy apartment. That had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and close to the town Square. We were able to walk to almost everything we could have wanted to, even grabbing lunch from the great fare offered at the farmers market. This was a fantastic way to celebrate an anniversary!

My wife and I stayed at this amazing place, perfect for a couple looking to spend some time in Bentonville. Just a block from downtown and perfect location to take in Crystal Bridges, Walmart museum, or the downtown Square. The host were great would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place in Bentonville
