About this house rental
Leave your car in the driveway for your whole stay (property can accommodate 4 cars). Family-friendly 4 bedroom 2 full baths home ideally located just off Main Street on a quiet dead end street - away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to many amenities. Walk to restaurants, shopping, beach, Falmouth Harbor, and the Island Queen Ferry for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard. Less than a mile to the finish line of the Falmouth Road Race and close to the Shining Sea Bike Trail. Trolley to Woods Hole is just a stone’s throw away. The first floor has a brand new full bathroom with a walk-in shower off the kitchen, a queen bedroom, a bright front living room with a comfy sectional, a sleeper sofa and cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook that overlooks the beautiful landscaped backyard and patio area. Off the kitchen is the dining room that seats 8 comfortably. Down the hall is a newly renovated full bathroom with combination tub/shower. Across is a bedroom with a trundle bed that can be used as 2 twin beds or converted to a king. Up the spiral staircase to the second floor there is a Queen bedroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. The first floor has central air conditioning and there are wall units in each of the bedrooms on the second floor. The back patio off the kitchen is private with both sunny and shady areas to relax. Gas grill, patio chairs, 2 tables with umbrellas that seat a total of 10. Enclosed outdoor shower is a refreshing way to cool off after a hot day at the beach. Enjoy the gas fire pit at night - relax and take in the quietness of the cape. There are lawn games: Connect Four and Jenga. Beach coolers, beach towels, 8 beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids are stored in the garage. The entire backyard is fenced in and private. Harbor Heights Beach House shares space with Fitness Directions: the Cape Cod Best of Cape Cod Pilates and Personal Training Studio - featuring Pilates, personal training, and scheduled fitness classes in a brand new state of the art facility located adjacent to the house. Fitness Directions holds some of their small group classes outside in front of their lower garage that is next to our fenced-in backyard. As our neighbor, Fitness Directions offers 1 free fitness class a day to 1 guest of Harbor Heights Beach House. Contact Fitness Directions directly to reserve your spot in one of their classes (508-495-6500) as space is limited. Come enjoy the beauty of the cape!

Wanted a property in close proximity to finish of Falmouth Race. This fit the bill plus walking distance to all sorts of businesses and activities.

Abdul was a wonderful host and even arranged for an early check in as we had to get ready for a wedding. The only caveat is, if you have very young children, the spiral staircase can be dangerous for them. Plus, the lack of bathroom on the second floor is a bit of an inconvenience. That said, the place was immaculate and conveniently located, and we especially enjoyed the backyard and outdoor shower.

First off Abdul and Jana were amazing hands on hosts helping us navigate our way through the area w wonderful suggestions for our 4 generations family! Their home , w 2 newly renovated bathrooms and plenty of space for our group of 10 adults and 3 kids ages 4,2, and 2, allowed for everyone to spend time together comfortably. TY Jana and Abdul!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Great location and very clean home. Abdul was a wonderful host and I would definitely stay here again. He accommodated our needs and always made sure we were taken care of. He was very good with communication and was very quick with his responses. The house looks even better than the pictures! I highly recommend this home for your next vacation.

Property owners were accessible, and very responsive. We had additional needs such as an infant pack & play they provided. Abdul also provided guidance on local attractions, events, and restaurants. Property was clean and exceeded our expectations. Great location to the beach, and ferry queen to the vineyard. Plenty of space in the house to accommodate the 7 of us. Be aware of the spiral staircase to the 2nd floor, and the daily fitness class in the driveway. Not an issue for us, but different. Would highly recommend this property

We had so much fun with our family and another family (total 4 adults, 4 kids). Great space for grilling and outdoor dining. Location is amazing and is close to everything you need (beach, stores, etc). Would recommend to others!!!

Abdul was awesome! We had another reservation canceled by owner a month before our scheduled trip. We were coming for a wedding so could not change dates. The house met our needs - 4 adults and 2 small kids. House layout is just a little odd but not enough to exclude this house from your list of possibilities. The yard is ideal for just hanging out and relaxing…

My Fiance & I and one other couple (26/27 yrs old) all stayed at this property for Labor Day Weekend 2022. The first thing we noticed when checking in and looking around the place was that it was deceptively big inside and for four individuals was more than enough space.
Our favorite aspect of the house was the wonderful back yard which we spent many a night after dinner sitting around the firepit sharing a few drinks and just relaxing. The only qualm we had with the property is that there is only one "Full" bathroom, with a quarter bathroom just off of the kitchen. If you are staying with more than 5/6 people in the property this may be a bit tough, but for four people it was more than manageable.
One of our other favorite things about the property was the overall location in regards to all of the activities. The ferry for the Island Queen to MV was quite literally a 5 minute walk from the property which was extremely convenient. We also noted that there was a bike rental location (although the property comes with two bikes, only one helmet though) within a 10 minute walk, and the biking path to Woods Hole and North Falmouth were incredibly close as well.
It's also noted that the house is connected to a fitness studio but we did not hear any of the workout classes, nor were they a disturbance.
I'd highly suggest this property as the perfect location for a couples trip as it has more than enough space at a wonderful price point, with tons of things to do in the easily walkable area surrounding the property. Would love to stay here again.

Booked for bachelor’s weekend, great local amenities and is 15 minutes to docks walking for boats.Host dropped off propane for us to BBq for the weekend which was great since after all day on the water a relaxing night of BBQand

Great location and fitted all our needs. Super close to boat to Martha's Vineyard, short walk to many great restaurants and a good base to drive anywhere on the south of Cape Cod. Bathroom could receive an update, yet functioned just fine. All in all a great place I would recommend to anyone that wants to visit this area.

This home was great for our annual vacation trip with friends. Travelling with kids ranging in age from 18m-7 and this property was great for our families. The fenced in backyard allowed for safe play and the hosts provided all the beach amenities and toys one would need as well as a variety of games for kids! Communicating with the host was very easy and they were quick to respond and provide needed/requested items. This lot is shared with a business but it was never any trouble or posed any kind of inconvenience. The nearby beaches were close enough to bike to and the house was a very short distance from the downtown shops! We very much enjoyed our trip and stay here at Falmouth Heights and would definitely stay here again when visiting the Cape as well as recommend to others!

Abdul was a wonderful host and the house was perfect for a girls weekend! It was the perfect location - walkable to the beach, restaurants, and bars. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for a large group. Highly recommend!

House is perfect for groups of friends or family. Came here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed the home, with a fire pit, grill, plenty of lawn space for games, and room to sleep 10 comfortably.
Abdul and Jana were amazing, responsive, and clearly take great pride in the home. Within walking distance (5 min!) to MV ferry, restaurants, and a few mins drive (1-2 miles) to downtown Falmouth for shopping and meals.
Would definitely book again!

Incredibly nice and responsive hosts
Jana and Abdul are great people. Really responsive. We had a temporary problem with the fridge (which was my fault) and Abdul immediately bought in a small fridge to use while ours re-cooled. The back yard is great (bring your cornhole boards) and the outdoor shower is wonderful.
Paul's Pizza next door has yummy seafood and pizza.. They are open Wednesday to Sunday and always busy so order 45 minutes before you want to eat. Falmouth Heights Beach is a 0.6 mile walk away through a really pleasant neighborhood. It took us about 20 minutes. Sopranos and Shipwrecked near the beach are great restaurants with excellent service. They are not cheap (especially Sopranos) but worth it.
We were able to walk to the Martha's Vineyard ferry in 10 minutes and had a wonderful day trip to the island. We even jumped off Jaws' Bridge. So much fun.

Amazing location!!
Our stay at this house was great!! We traveled here with a group of girls for a 30th birthday party weekend. The location is amazing…. steps to the most popular restaurants/bars, a block from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and a short walk to the beach! The check in process was very smooth and Abdul even let us check in a few hours early. Abdul was very responsive and answered all of our questions. If location is important to you look no further!!

Great location, short walk to beach and other amenities. The house was clean and large enough for all of us. There was extra linens, plates, laundry detergent, etc for us to use, but we did bring them with us. One con- the house is actually attached to a fitness studio. Initially in the description I had assumed it was next door, but it was attached. The studio on the front wasn't a big deal. but they also rent the garage on the other side, so there are other people on both sides of the house. Again, wouldn't have been a big deal other than the fact that they held spinning classes everyday that faced into the backyard. And at one point a women from the studio came into the garage while we were sitting out back where a lot of our stuff was stored.... so a little bit of an invasion of privacy. But if you don't mind that then this place was perfect. We even walked around the corner and got the ferry to Martha's Vineyard one day which was very convenient.

We had a great week and enjoyed the house and it’s amenities. The property was well maintained, clean and had many extras that made us feel special. Items such as the beach toys and chairs. The propane grill and patio furniture. All was much appreciated.
The house is very spacious and the outside shower was a big help. It was an “experience “ for the grandkids.
I also took advantage and joined the fitness group for a morning workout. They were very accommodating and friendly as they would invite me to join classes. Nothing but positives for fitness directions and Jana!

7 of us girls went to celebrate a friend’s bachelorette and the accommodations were perfect. Everything was cleaning, sleeping arrangements were comfortable and we were close to everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend
