3 night stay. Excellent location, could be better equipped but still functional.

Central location. Extra towels, blankets, pillows provided for longer stays. Hot shower.

If you are hoping to be self sufficient for meals, the amenities in the kitchen are slightly lacking. There is no cutting board, no large sharp knife for food preparation, no large saucepan for pasta/rice and limited utensils. The extractor fan in kitchen works only intermittently. Please check this. We asked for a portable fan for circulation of air in bedroom due to poor ventilation, we were denied. We had to leave the window ajar and suffered mosquito bites as a result, and the noise from the street was significant. The bottom unit that we occupied is next to the entry and people are inconsiderate when entering and leaving. The blackout internal roller blind in the bedroom does not function easily. Television is located in kitchen-dining area so you have to sit on wooden dining chairs to watch it.

Great location: the airport bus stop is just around the corner. The cathedral and other main attractions of Santiago de Compostela are all within walking distance. The apartment was clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out was very easy as Lorena sent me the access codes for the building.

Recommend

Good place. The old town is nearby. 10 min walk to the cathedral. A bus stop to the airport is right next to it. The apartment is not big, but quite comfortable to live in.

A few small issues would make this a better place to stay.

The location was quite central to Santiago and convenient after we had walked the Camino. With the windows closed it was quiet even though there was a school across the road.

The shower rose was unable to be hung up high. The kitchen needed better facilities- there were three frying pans- two were in extremely poor condition and the new one didn’t work on the induction stovetop. Only one small saucepan. There was a washing machine but it was mouldy and no clothes rack for drying clothes.

Nice apartment in a convenient location - host extremely helpful and communicative

Convenient location - close to the centre but not IN the city centre (more peaceful) - and the host was super kind and accommodating.

Some touches could be improved within the apartment itself however for the price we paid, it did more than the job and we couldn’t have asked for more.

Nice place to stay in Santiago

Very nice place to stay near the abastos market where you can buy fresh fish and meat every day. Close to the cathedral and also you have supermarkets near. The kitchen has everything you need to cook crabs or whatever you like. The owner was very nice. We enjoyed our time.

Cosy, peacefull appartment to stay a day or more and explore Santiago.

Location was perfect, easy to get from train station, easy to get to Cathedral, very peaceful location. Lorena was perfect host, easy to communicate with her. She waited for me at the entrance door to building, explained everything. Apartment was very clean and well equiped. EIFI was excellent.

Location was great, and the apartment was roomy and clean.

A few provisions for the kitchen would have been so wonderful after a long day of walking: bread, fruit, cheese, wine, etc.

Great apartment and service!

Good location, comfy beds, very nice apartment. Lorena was super accommodating and was readily available to give us the apartment keys and check us in late at night, which we were really grateful for. She was so lovely, thank you so much for everything!

There is a washing machine, but there was no washing liquid left. Not a big deal, but would have been good to have

Misleading photos!

Location

Misleading photos of apartment. We could not know which photo is of which apartment as no choice of apartment was available while booking, also the owner didn't give us any option. Washing machine was not available in the apartment which was mentioned in facilities. The owner got laundry done from outside for us.

Apartment was damp. Despite being set back from the city centre, there was street noise from passing late night revellers, and early morning traffic.

Great location. Basic but okay apartment. good kitchen. Hostess Lorena is the best. She is very friendly and helpful!

The beds are rock hard. Really hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen poorly equipped.

Very good

The apartment is well located, at the city center, close to old town, and shopping area. The room was right at the 1st floor, so no need to climb the stairs. I love the kitchen, and the kitchenwares were completed, even we can find salt, pepper & oil. The bedroom also spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

The heater was not work well.

Great stay!!

Very clean, nice and committed staff, strong wifi (when it got lost once they were there in 10 minutes to fix it), very close to the beautiful center, yet in a quiet area. Close by supermarkets and train and bus station. Highly recommend.

It had no comfy chairs, or lounge. It should also tell you that the apartment is on a hill, which for older people is not ideal

The location of the apartment was perfect. The host was extremely nice and helpful.

The humidity in the apartment as it was located on the ground floor but it didn't influence the stay.
