Breakfast was excellent and the location was stunning. I would definitely go back, the whole weekend was brilliant.

I cannot rate this bed and breakfast highly enough. Every effort is made to make sure you enjoy your stay from the moment of arrival to the time of check out.

genuinely lovely hosts, clean freshly decorated and comfortable accommodation , fabulous cooked breakfast,superb location walking distance to the beautiful beach.

Matt and Denise were wonderful! Very helpful with information and places to eat locally. Breakfast was fantastic! The location is great just a few minutes from the sea. We stayed while we were attending IoW festival and the buses were just outside and easy to get where we needed to go. This is a lovely, warm b&b and definitely will stay in future

The breakfasts were made to order each day and were beautifully cooked and presented. Omelettes with our own choice of filling, perfect poached eggs, croissants with home made jam...they really could not have been improved.

Sausages a little disappointing however this in minor, lovely hosts who made an effort to make us welcome and comfortable. We found as we were attending my friends memorial in Yarmouth Yacht Club

We thought Denise and Max were excellent hosts,very friendly and helpful.The house was in a good position close to the beach and restaurants.The room was clean and plenty of tea and coffee was available.The bed was really comfortable.

The bathroom was very clean and spacious but the shower temperature was difficult to control and the pressure was quite weak.

Cleanliness of the accomodation, friendly helpful staff and the breakfast was great!😊

Rockstone cottage is perfectly located close to the gorgeous Colwell Bay and The Hut restaurant. The beds were super comfy and every morning we were served the most incredible breakfast! Denise, the host, was lovely and helpful and we even got to meet her gorgeous dog Nelson (don't worry - he doesn't roam the place if you don't like dogs and we didn't hear him once). We would not hesitate to stay here again!

It was all perfect

Rockstone Cottage was a gem of a find. The location was amazing!The personal touches and extra care and attention to every detail outstanding. Spotlessly clean and modern stylishly decorated rooms. Excellent breakfast! Denise and Matt were the perfect hosts; even sorting out a change to our ferry departure port and time for us. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Wish I had stayed longer.

The room was really lovely, great view of the garden, bathroom was super clean with comfy towels. The bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was totally amazing, Denise and Matt were superb hosts.

Maybe some background tunes in the dining room although we could hear the radio from the kitchen. Possibly provide some shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, although we took our own 🤷‍♀️.
